A lovely place to stay outside the city center

A wonderful stay in Kichijoji
Pros:

From our arrival to our departure this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was always delicious, with a lot of Japanese and Western style options. The location is also brilliant, there are direct trains into central Tokyo from Kichijoji station 5 minutes away and the area is vibrant and fun, with numerous shops and eateries right on your door step. However, what makes this hotel so great is the staff. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly. As a result, we felt truly valued as guests.

Très bel hôtel dans un quartier très agréable
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel, la taille des chambres, des lits, le confort, la tranquillité, la gentillesse du personnel

les draps, les horaires du petit déjeuner et du dîner (last order un peu trop tôt pour nous !)

An accessible, modern, clean space that merges everyday Japanese life with the comfort of home
Pros:

This hotel is so perfect, I was travelling with my 9 year old son, it was central close to the train station, close to shops and parks, not too touristy and with the most incredible bakery and restaurant just one floor down as well as bowling and 1 min walk from a myriad of thrift shops, department store the bed was comfortable and the amenities good we didn't need anything, the room was average size not too small for the two of us, the breakfast was excellent great choice, we shipped our luggage here from another hotel and it was put into our room for us.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no laundry facilities which would have been handy to do when we got back from all our activities and its about a 45 min drive from the activities in Shibuya ( which is fine as the train station is just there, but its not right in the centre of the main tourist district - this is actually a plus for me but just highlight that.

腹立たしいホテル
Pros:

割と吉祥寺駅に近い点。

Cons:

不慣れなフロントスタッフがチェックイン時の遅さに驚く。すでにブッキングドットコムで支払い済みにもかかわらず、手続きだけて10分程度待たされた。先輩スタッフも女性スタッフと雑談ばかりしており手伝う様子もない。これではダメなホテルだと感じる。

とってもではないが大いに満足。次回も東京に行ったらここにします。

朝食が充実していて良かった。部屋は狭いが値段から言って妥当な広さだと思う。駅から10分くらいで立地も良い。町は有名な繁華街だからレストラン、お店が一杯で楽しめる。

Cons:

金曜日の夜が併設しているレストランのピアノの音が大きかった。フロントに苦情を言ったが、、、。平日の料金と土曜日の料金の差がとても大きく、連泊者（私は週末を含めて5泊した）にはちょっと不満。
