Renovation work is done from 9:00 to 17:00 daily [ Monday - Friday ( excluding holidays ) ] from 12th June, 2023 for 3 months. Also acoustic work is planned from 10:00 to 11:30 (tentative) from June 14 ( pending ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Geweldig hotel!
Pros:

Mooie schone kamers, goede faciliteiten en heel erg vriendelijk personeel, vooral de hoofdober van het restaurant was super vriendelijk.

Pros:

The location is great, and the hotel is a great value. In addition, the room was a decent size for Japan and clean.

Cons:

The walls are far too thin--I could hear the person next to me snoring. I did not have this problem when I stayed in the hotel in October, but I could hear my neighbors so much, I was woken up at night. I'm not sure I can stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, well thought-out, friendly
Pros:

The breakfast was great. We stayed for 10 days and it was the same every day. Would be nice to have some variety. However, the warm Butter Buns are fantastic, and the fresh fruit was so nice. Service was excellent.
There is a small room for exercise, that includes a little play area for small children.
The bath and shower room was large and lovely. The bed was comfortable.
The location is great, next to Tokyu shopping center and lots of restaurants and shops. A little far from Kichijoji station, but close to Inokashira Park. We stayed in a Premium Double Room. There's a small lounge area for Premium guests, with free wine and beer during happy hour. We appreciated this! Also, we got a 20% discount on breakfast which was nice since we hadn't booked breakfast with the room. (Next time!)
Lastly, the overall design is beautiful. The restaurant is lovely, like it's set in an Italian city with pretty windows on either side. Everywhere you look, there's evidence of care and concern.

Cons:

Our room was very very small. For two people wanting to sleep in the same bed, it was difficult; hubby had no room between his side of the bed and the wall.
The room had absolutely NO place to unpack, which was the worst problem. No drawers, no closet, no bench. We were in Japan for 24 days, 10 days here, and I really don't like living out of a suitcase. There was a bar on one wall with a few hangers, and they brought us some more hangers which helped.
The other thing we didn't like was the motion activated lights. When someone got up at night, all the lights came on, ugh! Normally we don't turn on lights when getting up at night. Some way to turn off the motion detected lights would be great. It's fine and sweet during the day but awful at night.
We stayed another week at a different hotel in Kichijoji and this one was way better, cleaner and nicer, despite the few annoyances. There aren't a lot of hotel options in walking distance from the station, so we'll likely be back.

Pros:

駅から近い。
新しい部屋だった。
ラウンジサービスがあった。
MINUCAのスキンケアケアセットやあぶらとり紙など、女性が嬉しいグッズがあった。
予約してなかったが、その場で朝食ブッフェを宿泊者割引の適用にしてもらえ。

Cons:

ラウンジ利用時にスナックの中にわざわざ店舗名を表記したものがあったので、地元の有名店かと思いスタッフに質問したが「分かりません」という返答だった。朝食ブッフェでも表示名と食べ物が合ってないので間違いを伝えると「はあ。申し訳ありません」という返事で、雑に直してたので余計なお世話感を感じた。どちらも若いスタッフだったので、入社したてなのかな？1人あたり数千円のビジネスホテルならこの態度も納得ですが、施設自体は文句なしだったので、もったいない点です。

よかった！
Pros:

韓国から父母が孫の小学校の入学式に来るためこちらのホテルに。
ご飯がとても美味しく、とてもいい感じのホテルだと喜んでくれてうれしかったです。

Cons:

聞かされた話なので確かではないのですが、部屋の掃除？？片付けがちゃんとなってなかったと言ってました。
