Renovation work is done from 9:00 to 17:00 daily [ Monday - Friday ( excluding holidays ) ] from 12th June, 2023 for 3 months. Also acoustic work is planned from 10:00 to 11:30 (tentative) from June 14 ( pending ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We really enjoyed the Kichijoji area, nice shops, bars and cafes. The hotel was great.

Wonderful stay with exceptional service!
Pros:

Fine, but we would pick elsewhere if it wasn't convenient and available.
Pros:

* Location (close to the train station, the bus stop from Haneda Airport, and a nice park)
* Amenities

Cons:

* Inconsistent Cleanliness (Room was not very clean on check in - hair on towels, stain on bed sheets, dirty cups, etc...), however after a room clean on the 3rd day it was much better. We have stayed here before and I think how clean the room is depends very much on who is cleaning it.
* Space (a standard double room is not enough space for 2 people with a suitcase).

A very good hotel in the heart of Kichijoji
Pros:

We loved the morning breakfast it was very extensive!! With a good variety of food. We liked that the room had a small fridge!
Also enjoyed the gym on the 6th floor! The hotel was very clean & customer service was very good. Also a good view of Mt Fuji!!

Cons:

Could have had a few hooks in the room! No place to hang clothes!
