Hotel was nice but would've been better with the pool & a better bed.
Pros:

Everything was clean.

Cons:

The pool was out of commission that was a downfall. And that squeaky bed. oh my goodness!

This hotel was uncomfortable, do not recommend.
Cons:

I booked this property for the pool, pool wasn't open. Beds were sooo uncomfortable, wouldn't stay here ever again.

Not a safe place
Pros:

My stay here turned into a situation that required law enforcement and a forensic exam, along with personal property being taken.

There is a full record of this incident, and it is currently being addressed through the proper channels.

What stands out the most is how it was handled. I was told to check out instead of being supported after reporting something this serious.

No guest should experience this, and it raises real concerns about safety, accountability, and how incidents are managed on this property.

I would strongly encourage the hotel to review its security and response practices.

I would not recommend staying here.

Great Staff.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and the ammenities are nice. The Staff is the silver lining of this hotel. Everybody i delt with was coutious and helpful. In particular, Rachel. Rachel absolutely saved my day by going far and beyond. Her willingness to help me out turned what would have otherwise been a miserable day into a good one. The only reason i don't give the hotel a higher rating is the fact that you get no dishes, you have to buy them for $75. If they allowed you to rent them for say $5 a day or something like that it would be better for somebody who is only in town For a few days. However if you are working at camp lejeune for a week or more this place cannot be beat.

Pros:

The rooms looked clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

They told me that there was a dehumidifier in the room. I’m thinking it was a small one that didn’t make much noise. When I got to the room it was a massive commercial size dehumidifier that made so much noise I could barely talk to my friend over the noise. I guess the hotel had some ventilation and moisture issues because they had fans and dehumidifier all over the place. Maybe they should have closed until the issues was resolved?

Great trip, Great host!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel and grounds were clean and quiet. We found it to be a great value. Frankie, the front desk clerk, was delightful and so helpful.

Amazing!
Pros:

Extremely nice hotel, especially for the price. My new go to spot for Jacksonville. I will be returning. Best way I can describe it is as Hilton but not.
