Suburban Studios Near Camp Lejeune

The rooms are clean and the ammenities are nice. The Staff is the silver lining of this hotel. Everybody i delt with was coutious and helpful. In particular, Rachel. Rachel absolutely saved my day by going far and beyond. Her willingness to help me out turned what would have otherwise been a miserable day into a good one. The only reason i don't give the hotel a higher rating is the fact that you get no dishes, you have to buy them for $75. If they allowed you to rent them for say $5 a day or something like that it would be better for somebody who is only in town For a few days. However if you are working at camp lejeune for a week or more this place cannot be beat.

The rooms looked clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable.

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel and grounds were clean and quiet. We found it to be a great value. Frankie, the front desk clerk, was delightful and so helpful.

Extremely nice hotel, especially for the price. My new go to spot for Jacksonville. I will be returning. Best way I can describe it is as Hilton but not.

This is not an extended stay hotel. They offer a kitchenette. But bring your own pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. They took everything out during Covid. Covid is over! I would not have booked since I have a restricted diet and need to cook. They offer everything for you to buy- over $75. I flew, so no room in my suitcase. The cleaning products reek and you can’t open a window to get fresh air. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Worse place I have ever stayed. I would never go back. I wanted to cancel my reservation to go to another place because everything was uncomfortable here and they didn’t give me any refund at all either. Very disappointed, the hotel does not have what they offer and does not look like the pictures you see AT ALL.

The location and the rooms were nice

Property is dealing with mold and has large machines that are very loud in EVERY ROOM. They do not tell you about these machines when you make a reservation. They are extremely loud! The rooms are dirty, beds are horribly uncomfortable. It was ridiculous!! When i arrived i had to call 5x to get someone to come let me in to the hotel because the lobby area was not open. Just a horrible place and I don't recommend it to anyone. I actually was able to dispute the charge with my bank and get a refund (i left after night 1 but they would not refund the rest of my reservation) but the bank gave me the refund because i had pictures and video proof of how bad it was.
