Great location, an easy walk into town. Clean and helpful staff

Cons:

The restaurant and bar are a separate entity, although they are located within the hotel. This means that you cant add food or drinks onto your hotel bill and pay for it afterwards. You have to pay after every visit. Just figure out an administrative flow where one can add extras onto the bill, as you can in any other hotel, instead of forcing guests to carry their payment method on them every time they use the facilities. Its an inconvenience that overshadows what is a really nice hotel, and it is super easy to put this into place.

Für 1-2 Nächte OK, für länger bietet Dullstroom nichts an, wenn man nicht Angler ist.
Pros:

Die Anlage hat ein Restaurant, schön gelegen am See, aber nach der schlechten Erfahrung am vorherigen Abend (Dinner, nicht gut und das Angebot ärmlich, Spareribs und Thai Trout Salad miserabel) haben wir entschieden ausserhalb zu frühstücken. Viel besser!
Die Häuschen gehören unterschiedlichen Besitzern und werden gemeinsam von der Anlage verwaltet deswegen ist die Ausstattung sehr unterschiedlich. Wir hatten nicht mal WIFI und die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, Unterkunft für 4 Personen mit 2 Badezimmern, die unnötig gross aber auf dem Stand der 70 Jahre. Wie kann man so bauen? 2 riesen Badezimmer z.T. größer als die Zimmer selbst!? Das nannte sich "Leisure Cottage" und sollte höhere Preisklasse sein.
Die Anlage wirbt mit einem SPA hat aber nur ein sehr kleines und stickiges Massage Zimmer mit einer Masseurin. OK aber nichts besonderes. Draussen ein kleines Schwimmbecken, zum Schwimmen viel zu klein, aber sehr schön, direkt am See/Damm und Restaurant gelegen. Für Kinder ist es OK.

Cons:

Dunkle Räume mit Ausstattung von 1970. Kein WiFi.
Miserables Essen Im Restaurant, auf der Karte Dinge von denen die Köche keinen Ahnung haben. Bestellt nichts was irgendwie exotisch klingt. Der Koch weiss nicht mal wo die Länder liegen! Aber auch die Spare Ribs und Chicken Wings waren nicht gut. Die Hähnchen Leber war gut. Der Mojito kommt fertig aus der Tüte und schmeckt nach nichts!

Un contesto meraviglioso dove trascorrere una notte ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

Nonostante la stufa a legna, la camera risultava un po’ fredda e c’era lo scaldabagno per scaldare l’acqua della doccia quindi una volta finita, era necessario attendere che si scaldasse nuovamente.
