Great place to stay in Stamford
Pros:

The staff were all very kind and helpful. Even though the location is very walkable, they informed us that they shuttle within a 5 mile radius until 11 pm, which was super helpful with not having to Uber. Hotel was clean. Lobby bar has a happy hour.

Parking is either valet ($30 per day) or there is a lot around the corner for $17 a day. Street parking out front is available also for about $1.25 and hour, but you can only pay in 2 hour increments. The street parking is free 8pm-8am though there are only 3 spots there.

Cons:

Lighting in the rooms isn't great for women getting ready. A larger bathroom mirror and better lighting would be helpful!

Pros:

I love the modern decor and the view...the large window let in the night light..Room was Rustic&Gorgeous

Cons:

We had to move to two different rooms..after being out..came back to a room without a working television, had to move.. then they gave us a smaller room... Which I'm sure my original room coast more..I called down to complain.. they gave us another whi h was bigger than the original...

Loud and disturbing.
Pros:

Rooms and whole hotel were modern, very nice decor and the toiletries in the rooms were very pleasent smelling.

Cons:

The heater in the room was loud. It may as well have been a diesel powered generator that kicked in every 30 minutes all night long.

NYE Stay
Pros:

Hotel was nice, no free breakfast and no free parking which are downsides. Also we weren’t able to go to happy hour because they were renovating the bar area so I don’t know why they offered it to begin with. The room was nice and clean though.

Bed was comfy. Coffee machine needs help. Nice bathroom

Cons:

Entrance through a very dark stair through underground parking lot. Hard to find the door to get into hotel! Terrible first impression and dangerous stairwell.

Great stay, great staff
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Lloyd. After a family member went into early labor, we had to book same-day hotel rooms for 4 people. Samantha Nieves, a wonderfully helpful and friendly front desk staffer, helped us book rooms that had early check in and were on the same floor. She made a chaotic few days seamless from a lodgings perspective.

The accommodations were also comfortable and newly renovated. My only piece of advice is to add a trashcan to the front lobby area!
