Pros:

The front desk clerk was the best. She was very pleasant to speak to and very helpful. She made my son and I feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. It would be awesome if everyone had a person like her every where.

There is nothing to complain about. Everything and everyone was excellent.

Cons:

Sound proofing was poor. Could hear normal volume speaking and whistling and activity from other guests.
The breakfast was meager. No bagels/cream cheese. No potatoes. No honey. Had to hunt for milk to drink, was in carafe over by the cereals. No butter, just some watery whipped substance with odd flavor, maybe cinnamon?

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The pool was a nice.

Cons:

I drive a big truck and the parking wasn't that great. The front desk didn't seem to have much drinks to buy.
