Very disappointing compared to what this hotel used to be.
Pros:

The Japanese style bath and spa on the first floor are still very nice

Cons:

This used to be a really nice Japanese hotel, and it was always busy. Unfortunately, since COVID, the quality of this hotel has gone downhill significantly.

The trash cans around the property are often overflowing and left unattended. There are also cigarette butts in the landscaping, and the overall exterior looks poorly maintained. Inside the room, there were broken lights that had apparently never been fixed, peeling paint, and even a broken door.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the hospitality. The staff here used to be very professional and provided the kind of hospitality you would expect from a Japanese hotel. The front desk staff now seem to be mostly Mexican, and unfortunately, the service has changed completely. The staff I dealt with were rude and unprofessional, which was very disappointing compared with how this hotel used to be.

At this point, the overall experience feels closer to a Motel 6, while the price is still much higher.

It is very sad to see what used to be such a nice hotel become like this. Very sad.

We had a good time.
Pros:

Location was good and the room/ bathroom was very comfortable and clean. Japanese style, minimalist decoration. The parking is free of charge.

Cons:

Sometimes the smell of the restaurant was in the hall.

Very satisfying
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and quiet

Cons:

Bathroom light over the sink was dead, thus it was too dark to apply makeup, also sink faucet was very tight and hard to turn on/off
