日本人に便利なホテル
Pros:

日系企業の多いトーランスにあります。空港からも20分くらいで来られます。ダウンタウンとちがって落ち着いた環境なので良いです。
また近くにモールやフードコートがあり寿司や天ぷらなどの和食もあります

良いホテルですが、空港からホテルまでは不便です。
Pros:

清潔で日本食の朝食が召し上がれます。

Cons:

LAX空港からホテルまでのリムジンバスがないとホテル到着まで非常に煩わしいです。空港近辺のホテルの多くはリムジンバスがあるので、今後はどうしても空港近くのホテルになってしまいます。

Clean facility. Kind staff..The bed was super comfortable I was in town for a work event and my rental car battery died as I was getting ready to head to the airport. Enterprise was going to charge me $60(and an hour wait) to come jump it but the kind guy at the front desk called one of the employees, Moose, to come jump my car for me. They were both so helpful. I was able to catch my flight in time because of those kind souls.

アサインされた部屋に窓がなく部屋の湿気がすごいので変更をお願いしましたら上階のテラス付きのお部屋に変更頂けました。

The bathroom is the only good thing here lol mostly for business

The only thing good was the bathrooms had a really nice shower and deep bath in the executive room but thts it

Staff was incredibly rude on the phone when I called from my room I was polite and they acted like I shouldn't be calling at all I had an issue with my ac not working when I got there and some guys fixed it wich was annoying but I didn't mind but the lady in room service told me there was nothing wrong at all very rudely she must be miserable but any ways it got fixed the guys even told me it wasn't working correctly and the lady at the front talked to me like I was stupid and shouldn't have even bothered to get it fixed also there was trash underneath my bed from previous stays I toook pictures as well there was an old Mac and cheese underneath I feel like for the price I paid of the highest room underneath the bed should definitely be clean also the restraunt was so mediocre the food was mediocre the staff were unnatentive to me and my fianve but to ppl in suits they were there immediately I had to get up and ask twice for the check because I was being patient and already waited and checked my watch for 15 minutes after they had taken all my dishes and told them I was ready executive room literally comes with nothing except the bed TV and mini fridge and a high floor level no spa acces no massage or anything like tht just a typical room nothing special. I've stayed at Marriotts with a similar level or better honestly.

Best hotel for the price
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Our stay was really quiet which we like. We also love the restaurant that’s inside the hotel. It is the best place we’ve stayed.
