The reason why I stayed in Miyako Hybrid Hotel Torrance many times.
Pros:

Although the location is in Torrance, which is generally safe, it’s best to avoid the area east of Western Ave. Access is good, as there’s a restaurant (in a mall) within walking distance (about 3 minutes). Walking at night is fine as long as you’re careful. However, since this is LA, please be aware that there are risks. Parking is self-parking and free.
The room is well-maintained, though the wallpaper is peeling slightly due to age. It’s not enough to be a concern. There’s absolutely no view from the window. The room is spacious. The rates are a bit on the high side. Since it’s popular, you’ll need to book early. The reception has staff who speak Japanese, which is reassuring. The restaurant serves breakfast, and since it’s Japanese cuisine, it’s very good. The quality of the food has declined compared to before. They don’t cook in front of you; instead, they serve dishes prepared in the kitchen. The rice is on the firm side. It’s not quite like in Japan. The mackerel is delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast here. The bathroom is larger than those in Japanese hotels and is not a unit bath. It features a deep bathtub and a separate shower area; bath amenities do not include toothbrushes or razors. Shampoo and other essentials are provided in the bathroom. It’s average. The toilet with a bidet seat is excellent. It’s a shame the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wish they’d make it possible to watch Netflix and YouTube. Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed daily too. They keep everything clean. The staff works diligently, so I feel quite at ease. The deciding factors were the breakfast and the bath—they’re the best, so I booked here. This is the best hotel you can experience in the U.S. outside of this place. The airport shuttle costs $25. It’s a pity there’s only one trip a day, but it’s cheap. An Uber would cost over $50.

Nice business hotel
Pros:

Stayed here because of proximity to work location. Also very accessible to LAX. Quiet immediate surroundings but busy street and many shops and restaurants within a short drive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Japanese hotel has some nice touches like large soaking tub with very hot water if desired. Japanese restaurant and spa in the hotel. 24 hour self check out mini store (wish they had some Japanese snacks and drinks). The breakfast buffet was over $30, and I would only recommend if it’s for you. Service was excellent and super friendly. Quiet hotel.

Pros:

きれい！バスタブが深い！大きい！身体を洗う場所があるのでバスタブにお湯をはったまま身体を洗える。

Cons:

もう少しシャワーの水圧があるといい。けど海外では良い方。

日本人に便利なホテル
Pros:

日系企業の多いトーランスにあります。空港からも20分くらいで来られます。ダウンタウンとちがって落ち着いた環境なので良いです。
また近くにモールやフードコートがあり寿司や天ぷらなどの和食もあります

良いホテルですが、空港からホテルまでは不便です。
Pros:

清潔で日本食の朝食が召し上がれます。

Cons:

LAX空港からホテルまでのリムジンバスがないとホテル到着まで非常に煩わしいです。空港近辺のホテルの多くはリムジンバスがあるので、今後はどうしても空港近くのホテルになってしまいます。
