Very comfortable stay because the beds were good, pillows were in great shape, and it was clean.
Pros:

Great selection at breakfast. Each person in my family found foods to make them happy. I loved that they had beautiful and fresh strawberries and blueberries. That is rare for a hotel breakfast.

Cons:

They ran out of spoons, but it was fine.

It was okay but not as pleasant. It is a big downgrade not having room service.
Pros:

Overall good. Good different gym equipments available, and variety of food at breakfast. Good rooms too.

Cons:

They dont have room service unless you ask and pay for it. And the only moment you were notified about it was in the counter by a sign they expected you to read. They only change the towels but they dont even do the bed/ change sheets or clean the rest of the room while you are staying. Elliptical’s in the gym are from the dinosaur era, they make an awful noise when people use them.

Very convenient and close to state fair
Pros:

Kids loved the breakfast.

Cons:

Pool had way too much chlorine. Burned my eyes just sitting in the room while kids swam

Pros:

The place was beautiful. It was very clean and had a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly when we arrived, when we left, and when they passed us in the halls.

Well, the only thing my grandsons disliked was leaving.

Overall a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider a return stay.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good and the area clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Seemed to be located in a safe area.

Cons:

In my opinion & for my specific comfort the pillows were cheap & flat. Even stacked they offered no support or substance whether it was for leaning against or sleeping.

Hotel was nice. Not very customer friendly. Staff could be a little more helpful an customer focused

The hotel was nice and clean in common areas.

Cons:

Was unaware that house keeping was not for multiple night guests. Seen a sign on the wall during day 2. Mentioned to the woman working the front desk that they should make this visualbe to guests and also maybe tell the guest when you see they are checking in for a multinight stay.
