Hidden Gem! Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The Rizzo Center is a hidden gem! Beautiful grounds and the area is very safe and peaceful. Bed was super comfortable and room was very quiet, even though it was a very busy weekend. Free parking and free breakfast, the breakfast staff were amazing! Very helpful and kept the area spotless. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing at all. The location is a bit far to walk to UNC Campus events, but that cannot be helped. I wish the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water to guests.

Pros:

clean with good location

Cons:

the beds are too small. Need king bed options and double queen rooms. Traveling with my family, adult children could not share room because of limited bed options. Rooms are expensive and when you need more because sharing options are limited it is not a good value

The stay was other wise pleasant and the facilities well done.
Pros:

Nice rooms

Cons:

Their restaurant was a Sports Bar but we were ensured by the front desk the foot was excellent. It was NOT! Very poor quality food, poor service, and a dispute with the bar manager over a drink price hurt the hotel's score.

Great , but...
Pros:

Location & bar were excellent.

Cons:

Air conditioning for room 255 was non-existent. The fan ran all night but did not cool the room at all.
