Cons:

Two mattresses were used to make a single big bed. It was very annoying as every time I moved the space between the mattresses increased.
You don't expect such services from such good brands. Disappointed.

Poor location, not worth 5000 Rupees a night
Pros:

Good size bedroom

Cons:

Location- congested, narrow roads, old Gurgaon. Difficult to get Uber drivers to come - had to commit to extra tip beforehand
Sofa in bedroom was stained
Communal areas like lobby, lift was not air conditioned- I was told there is repair work going on ( had read in reviews that this is usual for the hotel)
Complimentary bottled water was not sealed
We paid 5000 rupees a night - was worth maybe 2500 - 3000 a night
