Kötü değil ama iyi değil diyeceğim bir deneyim . Mesela bütün gece duş başlığı su damlattı . Uyutmadı. Havuza girdik tek bir görevli yok tek başıma gitsem kayıp düşsem kafayı çarpsam suda boğulurum o derece . Konumu dışında vasat. Ama konum ve manzara mükemmel

The main reason for the low rate is the annoying stench from a drain in the bathroom and the disgusting shower cabin. Hardly acceptable for one night, even more for four nights but the hotel was fully booked, I was told. A very average breakfast. All in all, poor experience for >200 euros per night.

I stayed at Ege Palas Business Hotel in Izmir and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value your time, comfort, and sanity.

1. Unstable Internet:
First of all, the internet here is beyond frustrating. It constantly disconnects, and when it does work, it's painfully slow. I couldn't even send an email without having to wait for ages, let alone get any actual work done. It's a business hotel, but the Wi-Fi situation is an absolute joke.

2. Stinky Rooms:
The room smelled like an ashtray. Even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room, it was clear that smoking is still happening indoors here. The stench of stale cigarette smoke was unbearable, and it lingered throughout my stay. I tried to air out the room, but it didn’t help at all. Definitely not the clean and fresh environment you expect from a "business hotel."

3. Slow Elevator:
The elevator is another issue. It takes forever to arrive, and when it does, it feels like it’s about to break down at any moment. I ended up walking up and down the stairs because the elevator was so unreliable and sluggish. It’s not a good look for a place that claims to cater to business travelers.

4. Subpar Food:
And don’t even get me started on the food. The breakfast is nothing more than a sad buffet of tasteless, low-quality options. I barely found anything edible, and what I did was underwhelming at best. If you’re hoping for a decent meal, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

In summary, I can’t believe I wasted my time and money here. Ege Palas is in desperate need of an overhaul—better internet, cleaner rooms, faster elevators, and food that doesn’t feel like it was thrown together as an afterthought. Stay away!

The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. The bathroom has a most annoying stench.
The staff are however nice and hospitable.

Not the best stay. The staff were nice, but the room could have been cleaner and everything is very dated. Breakfast was disappointing given the options that other business hotels typically provide. The gym in particular was in a very sad state, most of the equipment is broken and the available floor space was filled with broken slabs of marble on rolling metal platforms.

There was no minibar when it was advertised to have one. We asked to have one but they never brought it so no cold drinks. Also need some English speaking channels on TV. The rule stating no outside food or drink in your room is ridiculous

Otel eski bir hotel, içerideki eşyalar da çok eski. Yatakları eskimiş olduğundan rahatsızdı. En güzel yanı otel misafirlerine sunulan ücretsiz otopark. Otelin konumu çok iyi, şehrin tam merkezinde. Kahvaltı ve temizlik olarak da süper olmasa da iyi diyebilirim..

Wirklich von Punkt A bis Punkt Z ein Super Hotel. Immer wieder gerne!

Nice hotel but not extraordinary in anything. Everything seems a bit dated. Ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food wasn’t memorable but service was good. Has good view of the sea. Plenty of outside eateries just around the corner less than five minute walk. Entrance to hotel is on a very, very tight street.

Very nice location and very kind staff

I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out . The rooms are very comfortable, huge and very clean which is a number one priority. The breakfast buffet is very good , very fresh

The hotel is in excellent location, it is in the center of Izmir Alsancak , clean from all aspects, the staff are so friendly and helpful, you can get a taxi in less than two minutes. Love to stay and will stay In future.

I stayed there for a couple of days for a conference. It s a nice but medium hotel that needs renovation. The room was clean and spacious, the view was very nice even from rather low floor. The furnitures are somewhat old. The bathroom was not in perfect condition I could day that it was clear that there is not improvement for many years now.

The elevators very dirty esepcially the windows outside, this is not nice at all.

The hotel say that it is a bussines hotel but the wifi was terrible, certainly not for business.
Some people in the reception could not help in English and this is embarashing. Og coyrse ther are also people that tried to hard to understand and help, sory for not being able to mention by name here,
Breakfast was ok, nothing special however.
the location however is very nice, close to the coast and the busy pedestrian road with all restaurants. Friday and Saturday evening is perhaps a little noisy.
Overall, I had nice stay but I feel that the hotel provides less than expected or advertised and as such I grade it as average.

Situated on a second row street near the seaside promenade and a pedestrian shopping street, this hotel has confortable rooms. There are a lot of cafés, restaurants and minimarts all around. Room has a decent size. Only drawback is Wi fi signal which was weak and intermittent.
