Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch

A very Good Hampton inn! Our go to property when in Sarasota. Can get expensive during season . Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice staff. Excellent location. University mall right there . The rooms have vented air and heat!!! Something not many hotels have. No loud window a/c units to keep you up at nite. First ime there it may be a challenge to find , but after one time no problem. Stayed here a dozen times . Always a consistent product.

We came for a medical trip for three weeks ended up staying three months. They are many nice places to stay but the combination of the hotel and staff is what makes this place so special. Thank you to Patrick (GM) and Parker. The front desk is so friendly Georgia and Owen along with Allison. The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, thank you Janet and others. Wendy was our cleaning attendant, she is wonderful. Always clean towels and a smile.

The suite was so cozy and comfortable. It had to be for this extended stay. We got a great deal price wise.

Location wise is perfect, your in the middle of the UTC area. So many restaurants to choose from.

Atmosphere is so good, decorated for Xmas. Pool area is clean and private. No noise.

Loved this hotel. Rooms clean & super comfortable . Shower water pressure amazing!! Love they had the lobby decorated w Olympics decor & had the games on the big TV . Very inviting!!

Convenience to mall and shops

This property is well maintained, rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check in/check out was easy. Juan at the front desk even sent a text to make sure everything was good with our room. The staff here is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and they also give you “to-go” breakfast bags for the road. This hotel is in much better condition than some of the other luxury hotels I have stayed at. It’s also located in the center of all the UTC shopping which is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel to others for sure.

Located right in the middle of great shops. Plenty of great places to eat. Hotel smelled very nice and the rooms were exceptionally clean. We came just after Christmas and everything was still set up nicely. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere. The price was a little higher than I liked but still worth it. You will be very pleased with your stay!

Great Hampton Inn. Location is convenient and close to everything. Staff is helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. And they don’t run you out at 9:59!! Thanks for a great stay!

Probably one of the best overnights I've enjoyed in a long time. Very nicely located near highway and near tons of great stores and eateries. Great atmosphere, clean, bright, awesome amenities friendly staff, great room, beds mini fridge and microwave, very nice bathroom, awesome shower (temp, pressure and spray pattern) and great bed and pillows ). Breakfast was great.. selection spread I throughly enjoyed.

Leslie at front desk was especially helpful. She went out of her way to answer questions and found us a map that really saved us time. Leslie was not only professional but very personable.

Felt pre covid days where staff went out of their way to make customers feel welcome and valued. You enter the reception and the interior is seasonally decorated. The check in staff welcoming and helpful. Needed something printing. No problem for receptionist despite it wasn’t the normal printing. Housekeeping staff looked happy and wanted to please. The breakfast was outstanding compared to most other Hamptons. It was a real pleasure staying here. Thank you

I love love love this hotel, we've been here several years now and have always had a great experience! The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, checking in and out is simple and best of all I love the hotel breakfast.

I love being right next to the shopping plaza, across from the mall and target plaza. Ita nice to be able to walk if I want also. The food options in the area are great and alot of things to see and do.
