位置很好，对面就是普拉多博物馆，还有美丽的lichi公园。出门就是老城区，走1公里左右到达主广场和太阳广场。早餐也很丰盛。

Está muy bien situado y fui hace unos años y estaba genial, pero ahora no volvería…
las toallas tenían manchas, la ducha la silicona tenia moho, la puerta del baño de la habitacion que me quede también tenia como un trozo de silicona medio caido no se la limpieza era bastante mala, y para el precio que pagué me parece un poco vergonzoso y la habitación era enana…
Hotel excelente com funcionários muito amáveis. Chegamos cedo e nos ofereceram imediatamente um quarto. Comentamos que no dia seguinte teríamos que sair antes do café da manhã e nos prepararam um sacola cheia de quitutes para levarmos. Excelente localização, com restaurantes, passeios e parque a poucos passos

La decoración y limpieza.
The hotel was in a fairly quiet location, while still affording me easy access to many of the sights and museums that are so amazing in Madrid. It is also a comfortable walk from a district offering restaurants and shopping.
The breakfasts were lovely, and offered cook to order items in addition to a great variety of choices each morning.
Everything made it a four star experience!
A great location near lots of museums, lots of amenities.
We were upgraded to a junior suite on both occasions which was fabulous.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay effortless.
