¡Todo! Las instalaciones son espectaculares, el desayuno, con opciones tanto buffet como a la carta, realmente marca la diferencia frente a otros hoteles, y la ubicación es inmejorable: permite acceder fácilmente a pie a zonas de comercios y bares, además de estar a pocos metros del Museo del Prado. Sin duda, es un lugar que combina confort, calidad y una localización privilegiada.

My family and I traveled to Spain last month. I booked this hotel based on a recommendation from my sister. Well, needless to say it did not live up to expectations. First of all, I booked this hotel months in advance and prepaid. We decided again months before the trip to alter our plans and I called to changed the reservation by 1 day! I was told because it was "prepaid" that I could not change the reservation. So, they charged me for a day I was not even there!
Then we get there and they put us in basement rooms, which were dark, dank and smelled of mildew. The A/C was broken and the rooms were hot. We were told by maintenance that we could have "free breakfast", no thanks. The lotion and shower gels were left empty the whole time.
The only positive thing I have to say is the location is great. Otherwise, save money and stay elsewhere.

The location was very convenient and the bread selection at the breakfast was super fresh. I appreciated the early check in and the late check out as well as the cake surprise in room for my birthday.
The rooms are not so comfortable and spacious, as well as the soundproofing system needs improvement. In my opinion the usage of sauna and indoor pool at the spa should be included in the room’s rate and not chargeable 25€ per person.
This hotel is located very close to the Prado and is a great location for being able to walk everywhere. It is located on a a lovely street with a square with restaurants facing the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, as most of the main attractions are within walking distance. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. The staff was welcoming and the overall vibe of the hotel is very cozy. Highly recommended!
