¡Un hotel con mucho encanto que recomendamos!
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Las habitaciones son lindas, cómodas y muy bien equipadas; la ubicación es inmejorable y la atención del staff, excelente. El hotel tiene un diseño precioso, con instalaciones acogedoras que hacen que uno se sienta muy a gusto. Mi mamá y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y, sin duda, volveríamos.

Cons:

Como única recomendación, sería importante dar mantenimiento a los baños del lobby y reparar las puertas.

Me gustó mucho el barrio de Huertas....
Pros:

Nos tocó habitación amplia con vistas a la calle principal que justo tiene terrazas y bares típicos de Madrid. Es importante saber que buscas de un hotel en Madrid y que zona buscas. Este hotel está ubicado justo fuera del barullo de Sol, Gran Vía, Callao, tampoco está en la zona de Salamanca, Puerta de Alcalá, pero está justo en medio de las dos, en la zona de Museos, justo a unos pasos de Museo del Prado, Reina Sofia y Thyssen, muy cerca de Atocha. Caminando puedes ir casi a cualquier lado, turístico, cultural o de compras y boutiques. Un hotel que sin problema volvería a repetir por su tranquilidad, su ubicación, su relación calidad/precio.

Cons:

No tengo algo en mente que me haya parecido malo, en general si no encuentras algo en el hotel esta tan bien ubicado que tienes lo que sea a pocos metros, cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, papelerías, envíos, policía, embajadas, etc.

Suite was large with plenty of closets and drawers as well as seating, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Rooms were dark, insufficient lighting, Bathroom needs redesign: soap dispenser in shower should be moved to the side of the shower, there is insufficient space to place personal items, there is no place to hang a towel, tissues are rough

Le personnel s'est montré accueillant et attentionné. À notre arrivée, de l'eau était mise à notre disposition dans la chambre, avec la possibilité de remplir les bouteilles grâce au distributeur situé dans le couloir. La chambre était agréable et la literie confortable.

Gute Lage aber nie wieder!
Pros:

Unfassbar unfreundliche Rezeption bei Anreise. Die zuständige Angestellte insistierte, meine Mastercard im Original sehen zu müssen, obwohl ich sie im Handy gespeichert habe. Sie meinte, dass sie mich sonst nicht einchecken könne und hat mich stundenlang mit meiner Bank telefonieren lassen, was auch nicht erfolgreich war. Erst als ein Kollege dazukam, ließ sich das Problem lösen.
Die Kollegin blieb weiterhin unfreundlich und schnippisch.
Mein Zimmer war auf der 4. Etage und sobald man den Aufzug verließ, wurde man von einem muffigen Abflussgeruch eingefangen.
Das Zimmer war sauber, zu einem engen Innenhof mit undurchsichtigen Fenstern.. sozusagen gar kein Ausblick.
