Resepsiyonda daima bir görevli bulunduğundan işlemler veya bir bilgi almak için çok bekleniyor. Çıkışta online checkout yapmamıza rağmen taksi talebimiz için 20 dakika sıra bekledik. Genel olarak otel ve oda temizliği özensizdi. Sabah kahvaltısınından memnun kalmadık.

Location great, breakfast great, bed and bathroom fine except for some odd smell that came from the bathroom. We were disappointed because we booked the hotel thinking it had a pool and only when we spoke to reception we found out that the pool is tiny and only part of the spa, meaning you have to pre-book and pay an additional feel. Also kids are not allowed in the pool. The website/booking should be more explicit.
The service at breakfast was poor, few staff but the staff did well

We had a very enjoyable stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Madrid Prado. The hotel is perfectly located between the Prado Museum and the old town, making it easy to reach major attractions on foot.
Breakfast was excellent, with delicious local Spanish products. The reception staff were always professional, helpful, respectful, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room was small, but perfectly sufficient for our stay, with a modern and stylish design. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior with subtle elements reflecting the history of Madrid and Spain.
We especially appreciated that the staff always greeted guests with a smile, creating a very welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The service in the patio restaurant in front of the hotel was also very professional, and we particularly enjoyed what we believe is the best sangria at the best price in the area.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
