Very close to my destination. I loved that! But it was nice on the outside but the inside wasn’t magical. It was a regular room. The lobby was nice, but the elevator was ragedy! The roller cart to take your luggage upstairs were old and about broke down. The staff was nice except for one check-in guy, he couldn’t stop talking on his phone to check me in properly. I had questions but everytime I’d say something he was responding to his call, so I didn’t know when to speak. I’d rate you guys a 5 out of 10 and definitely NOT recommend sorry!!!!

Good stay for what we needed.
Pros:

The location was great. We were in town for a softball tournament so we were close to the complex we were playing at. Rooms seemed very clean.

Cons:

Our room had no hot water. It would get lukewarm at best. There was also a constant tapping noise in the wall that kept us awake. One of our families that was also staying in the hotel dropped her car key while entering the elevator and it fell into the Shute. When asking the front desk if maintenance could retrieve it she was told yes, for $1500! This is outrageous and I’m sure this isn’t the first time this situation has happened. It could have been handled better in my opinion.

The staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful, the bathtub was tuked when bathing, they never sent for maintenance, the frozen fridge, they did not offer to change it either, they asked for clean toalkas and they protested and put bad gestures, there is no good customer service.

Fair enough place to stay, comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

We had a roomy space since it was handicap accessible room. Bed was comfortable. Couch settee was nice.

Cons:

Our overall stay was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was clean however there were two of us occupying the room. Only one set of towels was in the room and no bath mat. We eventually went to desk to ask for another set of towels and the mat. I assume because it was handicap accessible, no carpe in room.. That is fine except the floor wasn't very clean.When I walked barefoot out in the room after a shower, my feet bottoms were quite covered in dirt. We didn't go to use the microwave until our last morning of 4 there. Opened it to reheat some coffee to find a previous occupant must have spilled a fair amount of coffee all dried on inside with dried up coffee soaked napkins in there. I would have expected housekeeping to take care of tgat cleaning the room for next check in. That was a surprise. Other than the floor and the microwave, the room and bathroom were clean. Small things but hopefully better cleaning attention for the next guests.
