Wir konnten unsere Zimmer gar nicht beziehen. nach 22 Uhr sollte es einen Nachtportier geben oder man konnte eine angegebene Nummer anrufen, nur dass weder ein Nachtportier kam, noch dass jemand ans Telefon gegangen wäre. Somit mussten wir nachts noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Die Nacht wurde uns natürlich berechnet und Booking.com war nicht in der Lage uns zu helfen. Fazit: nie wieder mit Booking.com buchen

My stay was one of the worst I’ve had in a hotel since I can remember.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the stores were close

Cons:

The water in the shower was cold.
The bathroom had a dirty look/smell and the tile was cracked.
There were ants in my bathroom all over the place.
The shower curtain was dirty needed to be replaced.
All of the appliances were outdated.

A clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay with exception staff
Pros:

As a seasoned traveler, I am extremely picky about hotels, and I often rely on TripAdvisor reviews before making a reservation. I nearly bypassed this hotel because of some of the reviews, and I am so glad that I didn’t. This is a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Both my husband and I found nothing to complain about, and we sincerely enjoyed our stay. As to any negative reviews, notice that many of them are a year or more old and/or they relate to one-off things that may simply be personal to that particular reviewer. I can readily recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again in the future.

When I entered the lobby, it was shiny and smelled fresh and clean. The whimsical decor (including a luggage cart named “Bruce” as noted on a sign hanging on it) made me smile. I received a warm, friendly greeting and smile from Dennis at the Front Desk, who recognized me as a Reward member and quickly checked me in.

Our room was on the third floor, and the elevator was clean and fresh-smelling. The third floor hallway carpeting was recently vacuumed, and the wallpaper appeared to be new.

Our room was also spotless and fresh-smelling. The carpet and hard floor areas, including the bathroom, were all very clean. I walked around in both my bare feet and in white athletic socks, and I didn’t pick up any dirt or grit. The bathroom vanity/sink area and the tub/shower were also clean…no trace of mold or mildew. The bathroom mirror was streak free & state of the art with a nice anti-fog feature often found in upscale hotels. Amenities included Pharmacopia brand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, shower cap, and makeup wipes. Housekeeping had taken the time to tie some of the towels in a decorative design, again much like upscale hotels. Clearly, the hotel staff and its manager, Sonny, are putting in extra touches and working hard to make this a nice place to stay.

Our bed was very comfortable, the linens were crisp and pristine, and we enjoyed a comfortable, restful night.

Our breakfast in the morning was over the top. The breakfast area was tidy & well stocked. Choices included 3 types of juice, a variety of hot & cold cereals, farm fresh yogurt w/ selected toppings, make to order pancakes & waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon & assorted breads & muffins, and fresh fruit. The coffee machines provided fresh ground regular or decaf, plus options of espresso, lattes, or cappuccinos.

In summary, this is a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, quiet with exceptional services & staff.

The property was near shopping and restaurants. A convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked and yummy.

Cons:

The room had been cleaned, although it had not been swept. The floor was pretty dirty in our room.
