En esta ocasión muy desilusionada.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos al front desk le hicimos una pregunta a la persona que estaba y ella nos indicó si a lo que preguntamos, al día siguiente nos llamaron la atención porque eso no se podía pero nos habían dicho que si. Soy una persona adulta que me gusta seguir las reglas pero deben orientar a su personal para que todas contesten lo mismo. Porque una si y la otra no. Fue un momento incómodo. Somos una familia que reservamos varios cuartos y visitamos el hotel hasta 2 veces al año. La realidad no queremos volver jamás porque no fue la mejor experiencia.

El desayuno creo que si dicen que es buffet se refiere a que podemos repetir. El primer desayuno mio al ver que era buffet pensé que se podía repetir y comí poco desayuno. Pero cuando me levante de nuevo el personal me dijo que no se podía repetir y me quede con hambre. No es justo pq si estoy pagando una estadía con desayuno. Lo mínimo esperamos es disfrutar todo. Trabajo en un hotel y pienso si veo bandejas de comidas fuera es pq es buffet. Para la próxima más pendiente en eso.

Pésimo. No lo que esperaba. Te sirven como para bebé siendo adulto. No frutas, ni cereales tampoco pan. Una desilusión.

Mantenimiento de pintura en fin se semana /afectó el acceso a uno de sus atractivos.
Pros:

Excelente servicio y limpieza.

Cons:

No nos gustó que no tuvimos acceso a utilizar la chorrera, que era uno de los principales motivos al seleccionarles. Las niñas seleccionaron el lugar por este motivo entre las opciones que les dimos, porque les pareció la más divertida... se quedaron con las ganas.
