Adequate, but in need of maintenance.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and courteous, good location for getting to where we needed to be, breakfast was as satisfactory as it could be. We have stayed here before on the first and second floors.

Cons:

The building could use maintenance. The water in the bathroom on the third floor took a long time to get hot for showers. On our second morning, there was no hot water at all regardless of how long we ran the shower. The carpet in front of the refrigerator in the room was wet from condensation leakage, making it a likely breeding ground for mold.

Overall a good trip
Pros:

The room was big enough for my mom’s wheelchair. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

There was no armed chair for my mom to sit in . So she had to sit in her wheelchair. Some nasty stains in the carpet and bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Drain in the bathroom had no cover someone could get hurt

Not the greatest
Pros:

The price was good and the location back off the road meant no road noise.

Cons:

While the lobby appeared nice, our room was dirty. The furniture was covered in stains. So bad, we didn't want to touch them. One chair had it's fake leather peeling off. The sheets also had stains. One of the shower soap dispensers was torn off the wall and was just sitting on the tub side. The shower curtain was too small and water escaped the shower and got all over the floor. We used towels to soak it up. And housekeeping never came once, so we never got replacement towels. (We stayed more than 1 night).

Oddly, the volume control on the TV remote didn't work. Which I thought was just a broken remote until I heard someone in the lobby complaining that their TV volume didn't work. Now I think that was intentional. Like it was their way if dealing with TVs being on too loud.

Pros:

Nick on the night desk was great! Very friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast was only okay. It would have been nice to have more gluten free options. I can't do eggs, pork, or dairy so there really wasn't much for me to eat. Fresh fruit would have been a nice touch.

Right on the route I was taking

Cons:

I have never stayed in a hotel where you could not close the curtains all the way!! The window faced a busy, well lit road. If u can’t sleep unless it’s really dark you will be in trouble. Rooms could use a refresher too

I have stayed here for years, mostly satisfied. This trip disappointed.
Cons:

I lost money in a vending machine. Front desk could not refund money. Did give me two bottles of water.
Had to take a cold shower in the morning as no hot water came through the shower.
