Great place to stay when in Fredericksburg
Pros:

Friendly and efficient staff. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast in the morning was good. Great value for the money.

Second stay here, will continue to use this location when I'm in town.
Pros:

This is my second stay at this location. The property is worn, but generally clean. the rooms are clean. Lobby is clean, breakfast is great.
The only thing I don't understand is a strong odor in the upper floor hallways and elevator, but the rooms both times I have been there are just fine. This is a value hotel and worth the $115 ish price.

Cons:

There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator and hallways of the upper floors.

Not the best stay!
Pros:

Easy off/on interstate highway. Very good location. Property looks good from outside. Lots of restaurants in the area as well as other hotels. Lots of parking. Large rooms. Very quiet. Easy check-in and check-out. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly guy attending to breakfast area.

Cons:

This is a dated property. Carpets in room badly stained and should be replaced, preferably by hardwood flooring. Swivel chair at desk had large tears in vinyl foam lining; some tears were pretty large. Message light on telephone kept blinking and couldn't be turned out, even by staff. No night light in bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working. No Kleenex in bathroom. No freezer compartment door in refrigerator.

I slept well.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, but that was about all I could eat on the buffet. I am gluten intolerant, as well as allergic to pork products, so that cut down my choices.

Cons:

I was appalled to see the condition of the bathtub in my room. There were spots of rust with streaks , the safety grip stickers in the tub were stained and peeling in a coupe places.

The price was fair. Breakfast was plentiful. It was quiet.

Cons:

We had to call for more towels ( there were 3 on the reservation but not enough towels) and kleenex and several light bulbs were out
