Iconic
Pros:

This is an iconic venue, its history and legacy are amazing. Staff was super kind. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. At the restaurant we equally enjoyed the food and the evening vibe.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Some basic amenities were either missing or not at the standard you would expect in a hotel of this category.

Geweldige ervaring in een uniek hotel
Pros:

Prachtige, complete kamer met uitzicht op de haven met de watertaxi. De locatie en uitstraling van het hotel zijn perfect. Heel veel oude details zijn bewaard gebleven. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de Erasmusbrug over naar het centrum. Maar er is ook een watertaxi veerdienst vanaf het hotel waar je vooraf niet voor hoeft te reserveren. Ontbijt is compleet en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeerplaats of parkeertarief, dus als je met de auto komt moet je parkeren in de parkeergarage tegen het normale tarief.

Locatie is top maar hotel heeft echt een opknap beurt nodig.

Locatie is geweldig met uitzicht op nieuwe Maas en dichtbij hip Katendrecht. personeel bij incheck heel vriendelijk en informatief.

Cons:

Hotel is echt gedateerd..kamers ruiken muf en gangen zijn niet alleen historisch maar worden helaas ook gedateerd. Ontbijt was redelijk.

Mooie locatie, verder niks bijzonders

Het is een mooie locatie. We hadden mooi uitzicht op Fenix. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Je betaalt voor de geschiedenis en de locatie. De kamer zelf is karig en niks bijzonders. Er was bijvoorbeeld alleen maar een klein miniprullenbakje in de badkamer en verder niks. We vonden het verblijf eigenlijk te duur in verhouding met wat je er voor krijgt.
