Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, solange man keine Rechnung benötigt.

Cons:

Eine absolute Frechheit ist das nachträgliche "Betteln" nach einer Rechnung. Ich wurde bei Abreise gefragt, ob ich die Rechnung gerne ausgedruckt oder als Mail erhalten möchte. Dann sagte ich, dass per Mail an meine Dienstmailadresse ideal sei. So weit, so gut. Nun laufe ich Booking und dem Hotel ganze 3 Woche hinterher, um einen Rechnungsbeleg zu erhalten und meine Dienstreise final abrechnen lassen zu können. Wirklich frustrierend und nicht passend zum Gesamteindruck des Hotels.

Een heerlijke, levendige plek in Rotterdam: gezellig, goed eten en een toplocatie waar altijd wat te zien is.
Pros:

Wat een leuke plek! Supergezellig restaurant met een goede kaart en heerlijk eten. Ook de bar is erg leuk en het personeel was overal vriendelijk, zowel bij het inchecken als in het restaurant. We hadden een ruime kamer en een heerlijk bed. Buiten is er van alles te zien en de ligging is top: vlak bij de cruiseterminal en je loopt zo richting de stad.

Cons:

Wij hadden een binnenkamer en daardoor geen uitzicht. Voor ons voor één nacht helemaal geen probleem, maar als je langer blijft zou ik een kamer met uitzicht kiezen.

fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, een schitterend in pand met een waanzinnige historie, in oorspronkelijke staat gehouden met hele mooie sfeer.
Maar het personeel maakte écht het verschil. Na interesse te tonen voor het gebouw kregen we een privé rondleiding door een paar prachtige grote kamers en werd veel verteld over de historie. Gewoon spontaan door een soort suppoost die in het weekend tijd heeft/maakt voor gasten zoals wij. We hebben dit echt enorm gewaardeerd. Dit maakte onze beleving nóg mooier dan ie al was !!!

Prima, leuke ervaring maar daar betaal je wel fors voor.
Pros:

Het is gewoon een beleving om een keer in hotel New York te slapen. Prachtig aan het water. Indrukwekkend gebouw dat nog helemaal de sfeer van vroeger ademt.

Cons:

Kamers zijn prima maar niets bijzonders. Het ok jammer dat het hotel inmiddels is ingebouwd tussen hoogbouw.

Fabulous location with great views and a very spacious and comfortable room
Pros:

It is a fabulous location, the water taxi station is just in front that can take you anywhere. Nice restaurants nearby. Even an outdoor cinema this time. The room was super spacious for the 3 of us with view on Maaszijde with cool aircon critical with this heat, and they made the bed really cute for our son. Comfortable beds and long enough for my tall husband.

Cons:

Nothing major, we loved it. If I get really nitpicky, then I would say I missed a good bin in the room. And for the price of the breakfast I would have expected more optjons.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit tollen Ambiente
Pros:

Die tolle Lage. Die spezielle Inneneinrichtung. Das angeschlossene Restaurant und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Es muss einem schon bewusst sein, dass das Hotel einen Vintage Charakter bieten will. Einiges an Komfort ist dadurch nicht vorhanden. Die Treppenstufen mit schweren Koffern zu laufen ist nicht jedem möglich. Der Aufzug ist sehr langsam und dadurch zu Stosszeiten oft besetzt.
