Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit großer Geschichte
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und die Lage ist top !! ein Haus mit sehr viel Geschichte und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtige locatie en heel fijn personeel
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een prachtige plek: prachtig uitzicht over de haven en tegelijk dichtbij de iconische Erasmusbrug waarmee je zo in het centrum bent. Ook fijn dat er een grote parkeergarage vlak naast het hotel is. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en dat begint al nadat je hebt geboekt. Heel fijn dat ze direct contact opnemen om te checken of je nog vragen of wensen hebt.

Cons:

We hadden de Patio-kamer en dat is een absolute afrader. Deze zou uitzicht hebben op de binnenplaats, maar je keek alleen uit op andere muren die je bijna uit het raam kon aanraken. De kamer oogt als een ruime bezemkast doordat er vrijwel geen daglicht naar binnenkomt en de verlichting heel zwak is. Het is daardoor een heel deprimerende kamer. De 24m2 is onhandig ingedeeld, het is een soort pijpenla. En een groot deel van dat oppervlak was een hele ruime badkamer, een raar contrast met het slaapgedeelte. De rest van ons gezelschap had de Rijnhaven-kamer en die was helemaal prima.

Personeel bij ontbijt niet klantvriendelijk. Ontbijt pas vanaf 8 uur in weekend is te laat als je naar de Rotterdamse film dagen gaat

Pros:

Historische locatie ligging en uitzicht schitterend mooi, een Hotel dat je in de tijd van de oude Amerika-Line geschiedenis teug beleeft een aanrader om zowel iets te drinken eten of te overnachten.
