The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there, and the front desk staff upon arrival, was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. I am disabled and I was laughed at when I brought my concerns

The fact that booking failed to tell me the facilities were under major renovations. There for a medical emergency, I would have picked another hotel.

Pros:

Nothing the General manager was horrific. They double charged my card for the room which flagged it for fraud and it declined it. No one called me to let me know this so my family and I arrived and were told we didn’t have rooms they sold them out

Cons:

Manager was not accommodating treated me like absolute garbage. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
