Tell you guest you are renovating, don’t let them find out on their own.
Pros:

We were in town for a wedding and there was a block of rooms set aside for wedding guests

Cons:

The property was under construction. On the 4th floor the elevator lobby had construction equipment and drywall mud all over the floor. The breakfast in the morning was not great. My grandson took a bite of the egg stuff and spit it out. My wife also tried it and it was not edible. We ended up going out for breakfast.

Pros:

In the middle of remodeling not sure why they would put someone next to an elevator where the construction is. Newly remodeled room but not remote for the tv, no hair dryer, shower was only warm, the bed was not comfortable at all with hard pillows. Would not go back

The breakfast was good. the beds are super comfortable. it was quiet and peaceful and it was located near my doctor's office

The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there, and the front desk staff upon arrival, was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. I am disabled and I was laughed at when I brought my concerns
