Habitación remodelada, amplia, camadas cómodas. Sin duda volveré

Solo que una noche no habia agua caliente para bañarme

Cama cómoda, el área es segura, aire acondicionado, en términos generales, la estancia bien, lo único malo es que se escuchan muy fuerte los ruidos afuera de la habitación, gente cerrando puertas, caminando o hablando.

Tome 2 habitaciones y una no funcionaba el aire, solicité ayuda a recepción y son muy poco amables. Me dijeron que ese cuarto no tenía aire. Para lo que solicité cambio y no me lo quiso hacer. Pedí me apoyara entonces con ventilador y tampoco me proporcionó ninguno.
Baños con agua fría en ningún momento salió caliente y cual hablé a recepción y no solucionan nada.
Personal muy poco capaz de resolver. cuando anuncian cuartos con aire acondicionado y el agua creo todos deben tener caliente en regadera y no es así.
Estacionamiento muy reducido y van y te tocan a la habiatacion por que tu carro estorba mencionando que si lo rayan no es su culpa. Cuando yo estacione en un área marcada por ellos.
No lo recomiendo.

No respetaron el precio de la reserva

El hotel esta bien y todos sus servicios tambien. Pero el personal debe tratar de pedir a los huespedes que se registran tarde y a aquellos que no hagan tanto ruido.

the room was very spacious, had a living room are, nice bathroom and big bed.
Bed was comfy, just comforter was thin
A/C stopped working the last day, couldn’t fix it. The shower water was freezing cold, and the iron had to be get from front desk with ID wasn’t in room, elevator was fairly slow; those would be my only complaints.
Other than that, great place for the price, 15 min uber to places and had a pharmacy at the corner if you need anything. 8.5/10, would stay again

Es una gran opción para hospedarse, está en una zona bien ubicada, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y el personal es amable. Es la segunda vez que me hospedó y volvería nuevamente.

EXCELENTE!!!

Avoid staying here if you can. This is a luxury motel. The parking is terrible if planning on renting a car. If you get to the hotel around 9pm, the parking is full and will make you park on the street. The staff was rude and even made a sexist comment when I was struggling to park. He said something along the lines of “no wonder they make fun of women”. The towels are rough and smell terrible even though we get “fresh” ones every day. The wifi is horrible as well and the hot water takes forever to heat up if you are lucky enough to get it. Also, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms and street. The only good thing about this place is the location.
