Fabulous, as always...
Pros:

This place is like a closely guarded secret, it seems- we always stay here on visits to Beaufort- great service, perfect rooms with great beds and a huge, very updated bathroom...the staff is amazing, even hand-delivering ice, the coffee shop is steps away from your room...all walkable to downtown Beaufort restaurants, museums, shopping, and historic homes

Cons:

the cleaning team used a bleach product that was a bit strong, this time- but better to be too clean than the alternative

Convenient location to Bay Street with exceptional staff
Pros:

Staff are exceptional. We were given two $8 vouchers for the coffee shop and more connected to the hotel. Businesses and restaurants on Bay Street area within walking distance. Free parking.

Pros:

Location to shops, restaurants, and river was excellent...within walking distance. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The coffee spot for coffees, mixed drinks and wine was very handy. Nice outdoor sitting areas on balconies and outside coffee shops was great! Will definitely go back.

Cons:

Saturday night pricing was high.

the location to down town was great. Big Bathtub and walk in shower

The carpet felt wet and the tile in bathroom felt greasy, could be the cleaning product used. the room smelled clean.
