I was not sure as I read previous reviews, but to my surprise,everything went perfect. Just make sure you should get roo
Pros:

Receptionists were friendly speaking both male and female. Staff were also very helpful. Overall I got good experience which not expected by me.

Cons:

Some rooms I saw on 1st floor was not that good for value. So be careful that you should check which rooms you are going to get or prefer super deluxe directly.

I liked the staff was helpful.
The staff was prompt.
Location was easy to identify and near the places I wanted to go.

Cons:

I did not like the bed.
There was no blanket despite being a cold weather.
Lights kept turning off due to power cuts.
