I was not sure as I read previous reviews, but to my surprise,everything went perfect. Just make sure you should get roo
Pros:

Receptionists were friendly speaking both male and female. Staff were also very helpful. Overall I got good experience which not expected by me.

Cons:

Some rooms I saw on 1st floor was not that good for value. So be careful that you should check which rooms you are going to get or prefer super deluxe directly.

I liked the staff was helpful.
The staff was prompt.
Location was easy to identify and near the places I wanted to go.

Cons:

I did not like the bed.
There was no blanket despite being a cold weather.
Lights kept turning off due to power cuts.

We loved our stay and would strongly recommend it.
Pros:

The staff and management were amazing. The facility was also very well maintained. We were there for two nights, the stay was smooth and comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Chandigarh
