Não fiz o check-out, fui tomar o pequeno almoço, tinha tudo no quarto e quando cheguei estava a funcionária da limpeza a limpar, a separar as camas com tudo o que era meu lá e dentro do meu horário pago (9.45H)...o que é inadmissivel...nem num Hostel.
Colocaram máquina de Nespresso mas sem qualquer cápsula apesar de dizerem existirem duas de oferta...enfim!
Achei um serviço deplorável o facto de entrarem no meu quarto sem eu ter feito o check-out.
