Красивое место и хорошие пляжи

Cons:

Нам предложили номер без вида, он совершенно не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям и только за дополнительную оплату нам нашелся номер с прекрасным видом(но до этого номера нас пытались поселить в номер меньше и в нем очень специфично пахло) К тому же бел бой позволял себе на португальском нелицеприятные высказывания в нашу сторону, думая что мы не понимаем португальский.

My family booked a one-night stay in a five-person apartment. The price was quite high, but we were happy to pay it, expecting a genuine 5-star experience.
Unfortunately, the service fell well below those expectations. The staff all seemed very young, inexperienced, and unprepared to handle guest issues. The biggest problem, however, was hygiene.
Before going to bed, we noticed a couple of ants in the apartment, but we didn't think much of it. The general cleanliness was already disappointing, with dusty corners, and the showers were leaking. However, when we woke up the next morning, the entire apartment was overrun with ants. They were everywhere: in the bathroom, in the kitchen, and throughout the room. It was completely unacceptable.
We reported the issue immediately. Instead of taking ownership, different staff members kept passing us from one person to another. Eventually, we were told to come back after check-out at 2:00 p.m. to speak with management. When we returned later that day (around 6:00 p.m.), the manager told us that the staff had handled the situation poorly and should never have promised we could speak with him, as he had "more important matters" to attend to. Frankly, that's not something a guest should ever hear. Whether the hotel is understaffed or management is busy is not the customer's responsibility. Also we were blamed to not have reported the problem when we've seen the 1st ant.
As compensation, we were offered €90, a complimentary round of drinks by the pool, and a 30% discount on a future stay. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't restore confidence. After this experience, I have no intention of returning.
What disappointed me most wasn't just the ants—it was the way the situation was handled. Problems can happen in any hotel, even luxury ones. What distinguishes a 5-star property is how they respond.

Helt okej hotell, men det förtjänar inte alls 5-stjärnor

Det var rent och helt okej. Frukosten var helt underbar.

Cons:

Balkongen var otroligt liten, det fanns ett litet kök inne på hotellet, men det fanns inga tallrikar, inga bestick eller kastruller, inget alls, vad är syftet med att ha ett kök då? Swimmingpoolen var liten och det var kallt i den. Det fanns inget bubbelbad ute.
