Pros:

Very comfortable, excellent room, bed and bath facilities. The gardens around are enjoyable.
Staff very courtious and always willing to please.
Breakfast is excellent, a little bit pricy ( for Guatemala) but very good.

Cons:

They don't have information about activities in the city. Location is not bad but certainly not the best in town, specially if you travel with older people.

Amazing stay in Antigua!
Pros:

The location was wonderful in walking distance to everything. The entire resort/hotel was beautiful with an amazing view as you walk/drive up. The workers were super helpful and nice, they made the stay very comfortable. The room we got was super clean and amazing, had a very soothing and relaxing feel. The entire stay was great no disturbances or noise just overall wonderful and relaxing.

La ubicación, la habitación e instalaciones, la amabilidad de la mayoría del personal con excepción del personal de recepción

Cons:

Hoy domingo empezaron a realizar trabajos de remodelación a las 7:00 am ; inaceptable, indicaron en recepción que en la página de booking lo indicaban; no informaron que tenían resuelto el tema de la piscina, lo escuchamos cuando se lo indicaron a extranjeros que estaban realizando check in cuando estábamos saliendo. Por lo que asumo que el trato al turista nacional no es el mismo que al turista extranjero aunque las habitaciones cuesten lo mismo, se siente el trato descriminatorio. Me he hospedado en Casa Santo Domingo, Los pasos, pensativo y otras y nunca hemos pasado por esta incomodidad

Short and sweet retreat
Pros:

The property was perfectly located near all the good attractions and it was the most beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens and the most helpful and attentive employees.

Cons:

The only downside was that the jacuzzi was being updated while we were there and we were not able to use it. The hotel made arrangements with another pool for us to use which was very nice.

Relax stay at Antigua Guatemala
Pros:

El hotel ha cumplido todas nuestras espectativas, desde el amplio parqueo hasta las camas realmente comodas y el baño amplio y bien iluminado. El area de habitaciones es sumamente relajante y tranquila.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene una piscina amplia, por lo que al haber niños en el jacuzzi no se siente relajante.

Un hotel tranquilo y acogedor.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado. Su personal es sumamente atento y gentil y sus instalaciones son hermosas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas.
La comida es variada, abundante y sabrosa.

Decepcionado!
Cons:

El aire acondicionado del cuarto no servia durante me estadia. Este mismo problema le sucedio a varios huespedes. La solucion al problema fue dar ventiladores aquienes lo solicitaban. Tuvimos muy malas noches a la hora de dormir por el calor. Decepcionante la actitud del personal para dar alternativas ante el incidente.
