We will definitely come back here, amazing hotel
Pros:

Really beautiful complex, so much atmosphere, design, stunning. Nice warm pool and well equipped gym which they are even going to upgrade. Great room, good beds, nice bathroom, all perfect. Location cannot be better; in the middle of everything but off the busy street so no noise at night. Restaurant and bar are really good, top quality food and very nice breakfast, with loads of variety, especially on weekends. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well

Cons:

Only thing: I would suggest they keep an up to date list of restaurant recommendations; there are a lot of options in town

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the ground people and restaurant staff is super friendly, but the front desk is another story. Extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband and I got food poisoning during our stay and they wouldn’t even provide us with Gatorade at 5am when nothing was open. Additionally, the room AC broke off giving the room a smell of smoke. The hotel did not move us rooms or discount the night for having slept in a Smokey room with asthma for our last night. We also had issues ordering food with them and wanting to charge us double for the food being incorrect. Very disappointed with the front desk service and our stay in general other than the grounds of the hotel. They didn even offer us a discount on our night stay given all the issues we had with them.

Peaceful retreat from Antiqua’s bustling streets.
Cons:

I thought that when I was booking a “breakfast included” room but apparently their breakfast is too fabulous to be “included”!
I also didn’t understand the $25 resort fee for a place with just a hot tub.

A really good experience. Wish there were more of them.
Pros:

The Hotel has an old work feel to it. The layout to the rooms is quite unique. There are several small garden courtyards that look terrific and the creation of small fountains in the corridors fit perfectly. There is a spa pool in the middle that leads off to the various avenue of rooms. Possibly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. Certainly 5 Star!
I had dinner at the restaurant and it was
An excellent meal. I salute the Chef.
