Relaxing stay in the heart of the beach jungle
Pros:

Amazing resort in the jungle. Wildlife seen everyday from our door step. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely first class, with discounts at the beach restaurants also unforgettable meals. Yoga was relaxing and needed. Pools clean and private. Staff friendly and happy to give all recommendations for the town.

We had an excellent time.
Pros:

The breakfast bar is good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is well taken care of despite the difficulty of managing a jungle. The restaurants have a nice variety.

Cons:

Just little nit picky things like the placement of outlets could be better and the AC unit probably needs to be serviced. Some of the lights on the paths were out. I think one of the jungle critters got to the wires.

I will return & recommend to others. It was a memorable and wonderful experience.
Pros:

The jungle wildlife around and on the property was the best experience. The beach was right there and the Restaurants on the property were superb. I loved Beach Break and the service there was also great. I loved all the swimming pools and Yoga Chalet. They held my bags until check in that was nice. I will recommend upgrading to All Enclusive.

Cons:

I liked everything so really there was nothing I didn’t like. ( maybe that coffee was only in restaurants).
Although next time i will stay in a single unit that does not have someone above below or next to me as I could hear the neighbors talking on the phone loudly outside my room. That didn’t even bother me though.

Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel mit Regenwald-Ambiente. Heisst auch: In der Nacht hört man die Tiere und wird unter Umständen durchaus auch mal von den Brüllaffen geweckt.

Cons:

Der Strand ist wunderschön, aber nicht optimal zum Baden (Strömungen).

Tómense en serio las necesidades de los clientes
Pros:

Tienen room service muy bueno y efectivo, también los desayunos son muy buenos. El cargador de EVs es muy cómodo y siempre funcional, realmente visitamos este hotel meramente por este servicio.

Cons:

El personal fue amable en el trato, pero lamentablemente no mostraron interés real en solucionar un problema con nuestra habitación. A pesar de comentarlo a la chica de lobby, no se esforzaron por darnos una solución técnica ni nos ofrecieron alternativas. La chica más bien se tomó el tema personal y cambió la tonalidad de la atención luego del reclamo, me parece que como hotel les falta mucho por mejorar en ese tipo de gestiones. Por otro lado, los cócteles de la piscina les hace falta calidad por el precio que cobran.
