Ambiente de selva- 100 puntos

Lo que más nos gustó es el ambiente de selva y el chico que hace los huevos en el desayuno es genial!

Cons:

El servicio al cliente tiene mucho que mejorar. Nunca habían paños disponibles. La infraestructura se ve muy deteriorada. El check out hubo que esperar porque la gente estaba en reunión y he escrito varias veces para preguntar por algo que dejé olvidado y ni siquiera se dignan a responder.
Es una lástima! El lugar tiene mucho potencial.

El hotel está muy bien, rodeado de vegetación y puedes ver fauna por cualquier lugar. En desayuno está bien y la habitación también. Nos gustó mucho

Excelente centro de operaciones en el Caribe costarricense.
Pros:

Excelente calidad de la atención de todo el personal. Fabuloso el restaurante (interno y externo) y los desayunos. También la atención del personal estuvo increíble. La ubicación de las habitaciones en la vegetación es muy agradable.

Cons:

Hay dos reflectores en la piscina que están sueltos y conviene revisar por seguridad. Las divisiones entre las piscinas quedan bajo el agua y conviene hacerlas más visibles. Por lo demás muy bien la piscina y todas las instalaciones.

Estaba en medio de una reserva y podías ver animales en su hábitat

Cons:

La falta de presión del agua en los cuartos de baño hacía que quitarse la arena de la playa fuese complica
