Place works for an overnight stay but could use updating
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good

Cons:

I will list the problems, first (booking.Com) messed up my reservation, I ended up having to pay for two room. i doubt this will be printed. The rooms were old looking and so out dated the beds weren’t comfortable. in the bathroom the wallpaper looked pieced together, the elevator could use updating . In the lobby the couch was so stained I didn’t want to sit on it. The staff were very friendly and polite. They were the best part of that stay.

The location was excellent for our purposes, the facility was comfortable, and the staff very courteous and efficient

Breakfast choices seemed a bit limited compared to other Holiday Inn Express facilities I've stayed in the last year, but everything was well-prepared.

It was great.
Pros:

The breakfast options were excellent and the food was delicious. The cook in the breakfast was also very friendly and properly greeted guest as they walked in to dine.
In addition, we really appreciated the employee who brought us the baby crib. She was also very friendly, made us feel totally welcome. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and went out of her way to make sure we were all set especially since we showed up late at night.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

loud!! I was on the 1st floor very loud above me and trash truck at 6am outside my window!!!

Pros:

The service was good, and the breakfast was also very good. They provided extra foldable beds without any extra charge, which was very helpful for my family. The hotel also has a 24-hour fitness room.

One thing I really liked was that I could still drink hot chocolate in the breakfast room at midnight.

Cons:

There was no pool available. I also think the hotel needs a better parking sign because the parking entrance was very hard to see.

Cons:

Room was just OK. Staff was OK but did not go out of their way. Room nothing special. Kleenex box only had 2 pieces in it (below the fancy-top pieces) -- bad for people with allergies. Toilet was lower to the floor than standard -- difficult to get off. Parking lot is in underground garage -- inconvenìent, constantly having to get out key. I would not stay there again. Price too high for what I got.

Parking is strange. The whole building overpoweringly musty/moldy. Room even more moldy smelling, chair torn, wall paper torn. Sat on beds with very thin mattress and sank to wood. Our asthma started and we had to leave.

Pros:

Not enough lighting on Parking. Also I keep missing the Entrance at night coz there's no sign of Holiday Inn parking. Clean room but the zircon floor its leaking ,m carpet is wet notified the clerk but did nothing .
