The location was perfect for our plans and room was comfortable.

One of the worst IHG properties we have ever encountered.

Cons:

Parking is strange. The whole building overpoweringly musty/moldy. Room even more moldy smelling, chair torn, wall paper torn. Sat on beds with very thin mattress and sank to wood. Our asthma started and we had to leave.

Not enough lighting on Parking. Also I keep missing the Entrance at night coz there's no sign of Holiday Inn parking. Clean room but the zircon floor its leaking ,m carpet is wet notified the clerk but did nothing .

A Tale of Two Halves: Excellent Service, Dated Rooms & Weird Check-out

The check-in process was a breeze, and I loved the complimentary breakfast and free parking garage. Having an elevator directly to the hotel from the garage made handling luggage incredibly easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel's decor and amenities felt very dated. The beds were not very comfortable, and the lighting in the room was dim and insufficient. The most unusual part of our stay was the checkout process. We were greeted not by a person, but by a computer screen where a remote worker assisted us. Although the checkout itself was simple, I found this remote-working arrangement to be an odd and impersonal way to end the stay.
