It’s a lovely hotel in an excellent location. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful.

Cons:

The one thing that could certainly have made our stay better and more comfortable was no action was taken to reduce the temperature in our room before we arrived so when we entered the room it was incredibly hot.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and rooms.
Pros:

Lovely location and back courtyard terrace was great.

Cons:

No air conditioning as it was very hot during the day the room heated up and was hot to sleep comfortably
