The Grosvenor at Stockbridge a class act!
Pros:

The hotel is located in the middle of the high street and is perfect for our stay. The hotle is well managed and all staff are both pleasant and extremly well trained. The hotel has a feel of genuiue comfort with several features around the hotel that are well placed and very tasteful. I particularly liked the real candles lit at night and in the morning

Cons:

nothing - maybe a slightly fuller pint when poured!

An outstanding short break away from London, which surprised me in a hugely positive way.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent on both days. Fresh, well presented and delicious.

The most impressive elements for me were the staff were all highly motivated, charming and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The eye for detail in all aspects of the interior and exterior of the hotel was impressive and impeccable.

Cons:

I have thought long and hard to find a fault, but I have failed!!

Pros:

Breakfast was good the room very relaxing and a good menu. Perhaps more health conscious yoghurt and more interesting juices.

Cons:

The lighting in bedroom and perhaps some of the interior design needs a rethink.

Overall a good value hotel for a peaceful getaway break! Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

It was very very warm especially in the rooms upstairs. Has to keep the window open.

Limescale in the bedroom kettle

Restaurant meal fell short - Cauliflower steak was undercooked so couldn’t eat half of it, the pudding was tasteless. A real shame!
