It was for my daughters wedding. We had a beautiful day. Food was excellent. Staff were attentive.
Just a suggestion. Maybe a blind in the room where thr ceremony took place, as during the ceremony, there were public walking past the window, and people getting in and out of cars. Just was a little distracting.
The warm welcome we received, the cleanliness of the hotel. The fact the lady who was sat behind reception, took time out to take us to our room. The breakfast was also exceptional.
Only a slight niggle, when we arrived there was no parking available, so we had to park one end of the high street, I accept it was like 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, and the location was very busy.

The hotel is right in the middle of town so you can walk out the door and explore. It has been renovated so everything looks amazing, and is all really clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Excellent and friendly. Good breakfast. We were at a celebratory dinner that evening with (many)friends which was excellent.
The only place to park was in a disabled bay. Although I don't have a blue badge my wife has limited mobility so I din't feel guilty.

sevice at breakfast was very slow. Waited a long time just to get coffee. Ran out of croissants and pastries which were not refilled despite asking.

No biscuits in the room, actually that is dreadful! at the end of a busy day a cup of tea and a biscuit is essential, but actually as it was such a great place I would go down to the Co-op and get some short bread. Thankfully in this case we had pocketed a spare packet of biscuits we had not eaten in the last hotel, so the day was saved, but it was disappointing. I do not want all that fancy coffee they had, just a biscuit.
