Excellent location and the staff were welcoming throughout our stay

Comfortable friendly good food
The room was clean and tidy.
We stayed in a ground floor room - This meant that we heard noise from the room above throughout the night. There was creaking from the floor above - Clearly no sound proofing as every footstep could be heard. Unfortunately this meant that we did not have a comfortable nights sleep.

Breakfast very good ample choice clean and friendly service very good evening menu
There was nothing not to like
Very helpful receptionist, helpful friendly waitress, great room attendant
Location good for us as near to family.
Such a lovely arrival after a hot day’s travel! Lots of outdoors space, and a very pleasant building
I just wish there had been a few more staff. Those that were there, particularly the lady on reception and the young lady doing breakfast entirely on her own, were great. The evening bar staff coped well, but one more server would have made a difference.
It’s a pity to work such willing staff members so hard, and as each could only be in one place at a time it did cause some delays in service. Bless our lovely morning waitress : her smile remained in place and she made time to exchange a few words when at the table.
Good location, perfect for one night. Good facilities. Nice beer garden, loads of parking , friendly staff.
Very slow dinner service , food ok. Polite staff but clearly not enough!! Didn’t sleep well because of extremely bright green light by door ( presumably required for safety) …. Wouldn’t stay again because of this light.
Location
The room was spacious because it was rated superior. That was the only reason it could be rated that way. Probably would not have liked a standard room
I was on a DB&B rate. I would not use that again as the menu was restricted. Hot water in the room took ages to arrive.
Everything was perfect
Nothing all well
