Nice stay but requires updating
Pros:

Free parking, ground floor room, nice eating area.

Cons:

Bedside table lamps didn't work on arrival, one wasn't plugged in and the bulb was faulty in the other one !... The bathroom fan isolator switch positioned on the ceiling was turned off !... No heating on over our stay at all !...

Comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was generous in quantity and appetising. The room we booked was not available and the staff upgraded us, throwing in a free drink as well. The hotel is well placed for the full Richard III experience, close to Bosworth battlefield and not far from Leicester for the Richard III visitor centre.

Very nice location and I think we will be return, comedy nights look appealing
Pros:

Accommodation very comfortable, pillows as I requested in advance.
Lovely dinner in bar area
Bar staff very friendly and efficient throughout.
Receptionist also friendly and welcoming,

Cons:

Chairs in the restaurant and bar not very comfortable for an extended stay.
A bedside light would have been nice for a read.

An adequate stay but nothing special
Pros:

The room was small with a view of the car park. The bathroom water pressure was incredibly strong and very hot. Bed was ok. No evening functions on so relatively quiet. Breakfast continental was ok. Location was ok as we needed somewhere in the area and there's not a lot of choice.

Cons:

No Early Grey teabags in the room and although when asked at breakfast staff said they couldn't give us any as the ones they did have were needed for rooms. Evening meal was ok- small piece of fish with fish and chips but it wasn't very hot. Chocolate fondant dessert had very runny middle but like my friend's was cold. Staff were present but didn't form any rapport with guests.
