Schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichen Personal über der Stadt
Pros:

Wir hatten für Silvester ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht, dies war ein eigenständiges kleines Häuschen neben dem Hotel. Dieses war sehr romantisch. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es herrschte ein gutes Arbeitsklima. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und komfortabel. Die Lage war schön und idyllisch. Das Silvesterdinner war qualitativ sehr gut und preislich passend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt und extrem feucht. Trotz Heizung (geheizt wurde mit der Klimaanlage) erwärmte sich das Zimmer nicht. Die Balkontüre war defekt und ließ sich nur mit Hilfe des Personals schließen. Der Boden war staubig., was sich an den Socken zeigte. Das Zimmer war unpraktisch, es gab wenig Möglichkeiten etwas abzulegen. Der Whirlpool war veraltet, laut, roch komisch und arbeitete nicht richtig. Wir haben zu diesem Preis auf Sizilien schon komfortabler und günstiger übernachtet.

Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e premuroso, hanno subito cercato di venirci incontro rispetto ad alcune difficoltà sopraggiunte. La vista è molto bella e anche la parte esterna della struttura.

Cons:

La stanza era molto fredda e umida. Essendo una struttura 4 stelle ci si aspetta una certa attenzione, come trovare la stanza a una temperatura accogliente o il riscaldamento nel bagno. La dependance con la vasca idromassaggio deve essere ripensata data l’umidità che si crea utilizzando la vasca e che non va via. È rimasta condensa sui vetri sino alla mattina seguente. Il bagno non ha riscaldamento e la pompa di calore presente non è sufficiente a riscaldare gli ambienti con tetti molto ampi e il bagno stesso. Lo staff è stato molto premuroso, ma consiglio di pensare a un modo per ovviare a queste difficoltà che hanno reso il soggiorno davvero poco piacevole a causa del freddo e dell’umidità.

Cons:

Unica pecca della struttura le condizioni della camera, direi vecchia, poco curata, ci vorrebbe una manutenzione e un tocco di nuovo.

Cons:

A colazione sono stati offerti prodotti di qualità, fatti in cassa, ma essenziali. Avrei gradito del salato caldo.
