Very good
Pros:

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff very obliging.
Room was clean and tidy. Excellent value. Perfect location for us. Would definitely use again.
Typical pub fare in the restaurant at night but still very good value for money
I think the friendliness and obliging staff are a credit to the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated but this doesn't spoil the cleanliness of the place.

Great location & great food
Pros:

Nice sized room, comfortable bed and nice linen. Food always very good. Great location to the town.

Cons:

Soap dispenser broken off the wall, easy fix, shouldn't have been left like that.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Room 44 dark room.
Window deliberately screwed to stop it from being opened.
No Weetabix available at breakfast.
Central heating only on for short period.
Taps for filling the bath do not work and difficult to turn.
