Great stay
Pros:

We were very impressed on arrival with check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The room was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Room was cleaned and change of towels were done. Our stay was for two nights. We would definitely stay there again.

Not pensioner friendly, stairs to negotiate, bath- awkward use , no grab rails.

Pros:

The hotel was close to the venue where we were at

Cons:

We had problems with the door lock(handle was loose ) locking from inside when sleeping. Toilet was so noisy after flushing, bath/taps were dirty and floor was sticky to walk on. When I ask staff for help with door the manager made me feel silly.

Couldn’t have had better accomodation in Fareham. First class. The staff made my stay so very enjoyable.
Pros:

Everything, staff above and beyond with from welcome to leaving. Bed cozy and soft. Excellent nights sleep. Bar and restaurant great food, reasonably priced. Breakfast couldn’t ask for anything better. Location central. All staff so friendly.

Good location, comfy beds and friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms need an update , no air con and noisy doors slamming during the night. Also our room was above side exit and could hear chatting late at night / early in the morning.
