Friendly hotel
Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel breakfast was so good with great choices, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was big modern with a nice bathroom.

Would stay again
Pros:

Excellent location in Fareham. Just across the street from Soothills ;)
Room larger than expected. LOTS of useful storage.
Ensuite had it's own radiator, which is rare.
Lovely helpful staff.
Real beer available on some days.
Reasonable food at reasonable prices.
Lots of character, in the building and the room.

Cons:

Bath drained VERY slowly.
To bypass the annoying and useless phone system imposed at corporate level, try saying "Reception". I have been told this will put the call through to reception.

A couple of days away .
Pros:

Great value , clean and well established hotel with plenty of character. Food in the restaurant ( 2 breakfast 1 evening meal ) was superb . Highly recommend.

Cons:

Could have had a larger range of cask ales .
