Bathroom clean , good shower and good size towels.

Cons:

Bedroom was poorly lit. Not enough light to read by.
We were in room 5 and could hear next door quite clearly.

Dog friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, a friendly bar and great breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely dog friendly - there's a difference between accepting dogs and making them and their owners welcome. Field Head did the latter. Breakfast was brilliant.

Breakfast great, evening dinner seemed precooked and reheated, dont like frozen chips and peas, spoiled the lovely gammon.
