A great budget hotel with good food
There could be a but more choice in continental breakfast items if you don't want cooked.
Large bed as twin turned into double, large floor space.
Ended up having a bath at the same time as having a shower due to no drainage.
The twist for the plug didn’t work so you had to manually remove this. The taps also came off in your hands as you turn them.
Staff also in the bar area need more training.
Food was sour and no offer to resolve so no food was eaten. The only response I got was so I’ll refund you. No apologies at all. So our own Snacks in room was dinner after a long day.

Really convenient location, very nice (and cheap!) restaurant attached to the hotel. All staff were friendly and the food was very nice :)
Bed was surprisingly comfortable
Room was cold. Radiator did not work. There was a small plug in oil heater, had to keep on all night. Had to ask for more heater as it was really cold. Was told that there were issues with the heating. Although when walking to and throw to the reception, we passed through areas of warmth. This room had been booked quite a few months previously, can not understand why we ended up with such an undesirable room.
The curtain on one track was on two tracks, probably had been partly pulled off at some point and fixed to the net curtain track. Annoying as it let in a fair amount of light in the morning.
Went to have a shower, only as I was ready to step in that I noticed a sign on the tiled wall saying if you needed the non slip map, to go to reception. I was not going back a second time. This should have been offered as we checked in

The room was a good size, clean and quiet throughout the night. Plenty of parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for visiting Dunstable Downs, the town centre was also walkable.
