Pros:

Servizio veloce ed efficiente alla reception. Camera con tutti i confort, la struttura è datata ma rinnovata abbastanza bene. Bagno ok. Ottimo il pass per 48 ore per le terme e le Spa. Bello raggiungere le terme in accappatoio attraverso il corridoio coperto. Buona scelta di massaggi ecc. Buffet a colazione ottimo, ampia scelta e tutto buono o ottimo (tranne l'Espresso).
Servizio bar vicino alla hall, simpatico per una chiacchiera o una partita a carte la sera (ma alle 22 chiude... Peccato).
La struttura dell'albergo nel complesso è bella e il parco merita una passeggiata.

Cons:

Pochissimo parcheggio. Ci hanno detto che i posti liberi erano dietro l'angolo, ma anche li erano pochi e tutti occupati. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza.
La cena a buffet, così così. Molta scelta, alcune cose discrete, ma alcuni piatti non proprio di nostro gusto. Non si può cenare oltre le 21. Peccato perché saremmo rimasti alle terme un'ora in più, potendo cenare più tardi.
Camera troppo calda, abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta a Dicembre!

A perfect spa getaway
Pros:

The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with!

The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard.

The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

Cons:

The dinner buffet was not super great and my waiter was pretty rude. I had to flag down another waiter to help me as mine just stopped showing up. My beef was tough and overcooked and I was just overall disappointed with the meal.

Pros:

Large room, comfortable, clean place to stay. Very nice.

Cons:

A bit tricky to find entrance lane so we could park the car. Google lead us to the entrance with a parking barrier so we couldn't enter. We had to find the rear entrance in. Also the check-in reception is in the adjoining hotel which was a bit confusing.

Pros:

Molto rilassante, posto bellissimo, mangiare ricco e buono. Personale della reception molto gentile ed educato. Piscine molto pulite e ben strutturate, ottima temperatura dell'acqua. Anche se c'erano dei lavori che toglievano dei parcheggi, quelli limitrofi erano comunque grandi e comodi da raggiungere.

Cons:

La stanza aveva una macchia sulla moquette ed il soffitto aveva dei pezzi di intonaco che si staccavano. Il doccino non rimaneva su quindi bisognava tenerlo con la mano per farsi la doccia. Servizio lento per portare le bibite a pranzo o cena, qualche volta eravamo a metà pasto e dovevano ancora arrivarci. Peccato che il bar della piscina chiudesse alle 18 e le piscine solo alle 21
