Zentrale Lage direkt beim Beginn der Altstadt.

Sehr gute Pizzeria im Haus, mit grandiosen Serviceteam.

Cons:

Obwohl wir bei der Buchung 3x hingewiesen haben, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer möchten (nicht zur Straße, nicht über Terrasse), war das offensichtlich nicht möglich.
Wir hatten ein extrem hellhöriges Zimmer (Nr. 104)
Wir haben Leute im Gang sprechen gehört (jedes Wort verstanden);
wir haben Personen im Zimmer über uns gehen gehört;
das Tische verrücken aus dem Erdgeschoss (Bar Bereich) war störend;
durch den Lärm von der Straße war ein öffnen der Balkontür während Tag und Abend nicht möglich.
Schlafen für uns war nur mit Ohropax möglich.

Das ist leider der Grund warum wir das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen werden.
Schade, denn außer dem Lärm hätte alles gepasst und wir hatten schöne Tage in Arco.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage und mit fantastischem Frühstück, Ferienwohnung nicht ganz auf der Höhe
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft, wir haben sowohl Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren als auch Ausflüge in die Stadt direkt zu Fuß am Hotel gestartet. Die hoteleigene Tiefgarage in der Nähe (ca. 100m) ist sehr modern und mit 12,-€ / Tag angemessen bepreist.
Es gibt eine verschlossene Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sowie eine Werkstatt.

Das Frühstücksbufett ist sehr reichhaltig, man kann diverser Eierspeisen oder Waffeln a la carte bestellen, auch diese sind im Preis bereits enthalten, ebenso Espresso oder Cappuccino. Wie meist in Italien gibt es auch eine große Auswahl an Kuchen und anderem süßen Gebäck.

Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Wir hatten eine der Ferienwohnungen. Die öffentlichern Bereiche des Hotels (und wahrscheinlich auch die Zimmer) machen einen super gerpflegten und modernen Eindruck.
Das traf leider nicht auf die Ferienwohnung zu. Diese wirkte etwas sehr "abgewohnt". Auch die Ausstattung (kaum Geschirr, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Spülmaschine, etc.) animiert nicht unbedingt dazu sich selbst zu versorgen.
Aber wie oben geschrieben: die vielen und guten Restaurants sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ;-)

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Arco. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab eine große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.
Privater überdachter Parkplatz (Gebührenpflichtig) vorhanden. Neue Einrichtung.

Cons:

Ein bis zwei Tische zusätzlich im Frühstücksraum wären super, damit man nicht zu dritt auf einem recht kleinen Tisch sitzen muss..

Pros:
