Accoglienza e gentilezza della reception. Struttura confortevole, silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Vicinissima al centro è l ideale per visitare i mercatini, salire a piedi al castello è ampia scelta di ristoranti nei dintorni.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un unico neo la colazione: il personale un po distaccato e 5 minuti prima del termine della colazione avevano già sparecchiato.

Bardzo miło i wygodnie spędziliśmy czas.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i klimatyczny położony kilka minut samochodem od Riva del Garda. Pokój czyściutki, bardzo przestronny i komfortowy. Śniadania wyśmienite, bardzo duży wybór produktów. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, szczególnie przemiła pani recepcjonistka Polka :) niczego nam nie brakowało.

2e séjour au top et nous reviendrons :)
Pros:

L’emplacement au top,
Le personnel est sympa et accueillant,
Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues,
Des qu’un problème est rencontré, le personnel trouve toujours une solution,
Possibilité de prendre un verre le soir au bar de l’hôtel …

Les points positifs sont nombreux :)

Cons:

Le wifi au 2e étage,
Le matelas est dur,
L’insonorisation (si une personne passe dans le couloir, nous l’entendions),
Le déjeuner était varié mais tous les jours le même.

Pros:

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La camera era bella, ampia e pulita, con un balconcino delizioso. La posizione dell’hotel ottima, comoda per muoversi a piedi, e il parcheggio davvero pratico. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Unica piccola nota: una sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda e, nonostante l’intervento, la doccia è rimasta fredda. Nulla di grave, ma un piccolo gesto al momento del check-out per il disagio sarebbe stato molto apprezzato.
