Comfortable stay
Pros:

Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Too far from centre & sparse facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean, modern, comfy bed and good air con, breakfast was good. Bus stop near by but due to terrible traffic in Florence about 45+ mins on bus and taxi €25-30 at night.
Lovely garden with seating areas - not really used due to no bar operating. Bathroom nice, big shower cubicle.

Overall an okay stay - but due to lack of facilities and distance to city centre I would not return.
Hotel had no bar in the garden as advertised. No free drinks in the room only coffee/tea maker - at least some daily free water l'd expect from a boutique hotel.
Mini bar is narrow so can only place a few cans in there ourselves whilst the drinks offered in the minibar were quite expensive - €5 small can of beer, €3 can of Fanta/ coke. I'd pay that in the bar but not in the hotel minibar.
No lift and no one who can carry luggage up the stairs.

Great value for money
Pros:

Quirky little hotel, very pretty and very clean. Only stayed one night but the location was quiet and it is a short taxi ride into the main areas of Florence.

Also had the best aircon in the room that we’ve had so far in Italy, which was needed given how high the temperature was in Florence.

Cons:

We booked a room with an external private bathroom, the bathroom itself was really nice but just a bit weird having to walk into the main landing to get to it.

Buen sitio para visitar la ciudad. Estancia agradable

Excelente desayuno. Baño nuevo y amplio

Cons:

Estabamos en un edificio alejado del hotel principal. Habia que desplazarse para el desyuno, aunque estaba bastante cerca. El precio es excesivo por la relacion calidad-precio. De luxury no tiene nada, hotel simple y normal

Disappointed and not as advertised

Most of the outside bar/coffee area was being renovated .
So no drinks
Air conditioning not working properly
Towel rail hanging off
Both reported when we Checked in and told it would be looked it ,it wasn’t !
Tea and coffee complimentary in room but NO MILK!!!
I asked for some twice and was told it would be put in my room but wasn’t
We were there two days and I could make a hot drink !!!
Staff not really present and when they were not attentive at all .
I chose this hotel with two teenaged so they could make use of the gardens and the bar/coffee area.
Extremely disappointed.
Breakfast was the only plus side ,well organised and a pleasure

Good, but not excellent.
Pros:

We liked the calmness of the location and the garden was peaceful.

Cons:

The breakfast was mundane boring with no prepared fresh fruit. We would have liked fresh Greek yoghurt and a better selection of fresh bread.
There was no area for sitting indoors. The garden was beautiful but riddled with biting insects.

En lugn oas ett stenkast ifrån Florens stadskärna.
Pros:

Vi fick bo i ett fräscht rum i separat byggnad med egen uteplats. Det kändes som att ha en egen lägenhet i staden!! Frukosten hade lite av varje av det man förväntar sig och låg på lagom gångavstånd från rummet. Härlig uteplats att äta den på fanns också tillgänglig i huvudbyggnaden. Personalen hade ett trevligt bemötande och var behjälpliga under hela vistelsen. Hotellet låg på gångavstånd från en glassbar och en av de bästa italienska restauranger jag ätit på (Bottega Bordo').

Cons:

Det tog ett tag (ca 25 min) att åka in till stadskärnan med alla sevärdheter och bussarna höll inte alltid tiden. Dock var detta på gott och ont; det var skönt att bo i ett lugnare område jämfört med stadskärnan och busstationen låg precis runt hörnet.
