Wszystko. A tak naprawdę to mega sympatyczny personel. Super śniadania i perfekcyjnie czysto. Ogród z lezankami na popołudniowy chill.

Pros:

La struttura è molto centrale, abbiamo trovato parcheggio proprio davanti all'ingresso e per muoverci abbiamo utilizzato il pullman proprio a due passi dalla struttura. Staff molto gentile, soprattutto le due donne, ci hanno dato molte informazioni utili. Camera come da descrizione.

Not the accommodation we booked – extremely disappointing experience

We booked Hotel Ungherese in Florence for 31 July–3 August 2026, expecting the accommodation shown and described on Booking.com. Unfortunately, what happened was completely different.

After booking, we were initially told that the apartment we had booked was unavailable and that we would be placed in two hotel rooms. After querying this, we were subsequently led to believe that the issue had been resolved and that we would receive the accommodation we had originally booked.

However, on arrival, we discovered that this was not the case.

We were eventually directed to a completely separate private apartment several minutes’ walk from the hotel, which was nothing like the accommodation we believed we had booked. We had not been properly informed of this before arrival and had certainly not agreed to the change.

We have since taken the matter up with Booking.com and have been advised that the property was overbooked and that we should have been informed of the change before arrival. Booking.com also confirmed that the way this was handled was a breach of the property’s terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, the alternative accommodation was also well below the standard we had expected.

The apartment had:

* Dirty and marked floors
* Stained curtain linings
* A greasy cooker hood
* An unpleasant smell from the bathroom
* A sink that appeared to be coming away from the wall
* Damaged furnishings around the sink
* Poor-quality and uncomfortable beds
* Very small, rough towels
* Poor-quality bedding
* No housekeeping or towel changes during our three-night stay

The air conditioning in the second bedroom did not work properly, despite us reporting it several times via WhatsApp. The issue was never resolved. With temperatures around 38–39°C, our children were unable to sleep in the bedroom and ended up sleeping on the lounge sofa instead.

The check-in experience was also extremely poor.

Очень красивый интерьер, вкусный завтрак! Все было чисто и аккуратно. Номер небольшой, но все было. В коридоре стояла вода, что было очень удобно. От центра далековато, но район хороший

Csendes környék. A hotelnek egy széo kis kertje van. A parkolás csak készpénzzel lehetséges, és a hotel előtt nem megengedett. A szobák tágasak, rendkívül tiszták, jól felszereltek. A reggeli kicsit szükös , de legalább friss minden. A reggeliztető úr nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész.
