Nothing
Staff were superb. Professional but welcoming and friendly.
Room was warm comfortable and spacious. Lovely views. Lots of options at breakfast and well looked after by Carol who is a real asset to the business.
Excellent location for town. Interesting history to location and building.
Lots of stairs with no lift, but that didn't bother us. Could be a problem for those with mobility difficulties. Some noise from adjacent rooms and picture windows a little drafty.
Very clean and comfortable room
Staff were exceptionally friendly, the view out the room and the quality of the food were much better than expected. Breakfast options were great and the smile that came with it even better!
The climb up the stairs to the rooms was fine for us but maybe not ideal for others and I didn’t find the beds too comfortable but were fine.
From parking our car, speaking to chaps painting outside, very pleasant welcome from
the lady on reception desk, also the young ladies and lads working the bar.
They all seamed happy in there work, and we were pleased to get a lower ground floor room
that we had requested, with a nice view.
Thank you all for our enjoyable stay.

Couldn’t fault anything
Excellent breakfast and staff very friendly and always go the extra mile.
Stairs to the very top floor as we are both into our mid 60's which is not good when your carrying up a suitcase up that many stairs.
Great food and service, Carol and Beth were very welcoming and friendly, both a credit to the Hotel
