I normally enjoy my stay here. Due to my own silly fault i ordered a single instead of a double. It was a very hot evening and the hotel provided a rubbish little desk fan that just blew hot air round the room. I woke four times during the night sweating. The room, being a single, was tiny for a single, too hot, too stuffy.

Pros:

A really excellent stay, have to say that hopes were not too high after previous experiences with this chain, but this hotel was way above what we could hope for.

A nice place to stay
Pros:

Nice clean room with a bathtub/shower combo. Two fans were provided to help cool things down- London seems to be a bit warmer than usual during our trip.

Excellent , will stay again !
Pros:

Lovely hotel and very friendly receptionist . Quick and easy to book in . Thankful for the free parking . Loved the huge room number 18 !!

Excellent meal in the restaurant served by smiley , attentive waitress and waiter .
