Doelmatig. Tussenstop voor mij dus voldoende en snel weer door.

Kamers hadden recent een upgrade gehad. Zeer modern, schoon en netjes.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für den netten Empfang,wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmeir mit einem kleinen Erker und einem neuen ausreichend großen Bad. Die Klimmanlage,auf die ich sehr großen Wert lege ,hat super funktioniert
Nach einem sehr anstrengendem Tag bekammen wir noch ein leckeres Abendessen von sehr freundlichen Kellner seviert.

In 10 Minuten waren wir Morgens um 6.40 ohne Stau im Gottard Tunnel,halten auf unserer nächsten Italien Reise wieder bei Ihnen

Good place, would stay again
Pros:

Very new, tidy, super well located, new pillows, nespresso inside the room, and with A/C. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

The outdoor blinds were not secured at first and it was causing the window to slam due to winds/storm - we had to ask for help to fix as the window was locked with a key. Despite reception being closed at the time, restaurant staff were super helpful to do the needful and solve the situation.

Très sympathique.
Pros:

Très bien, avec du choix pour tout les goûts.

Cons:

La nourriture ( le bacon œufs et saucisses ) un peu tiède. Mais j'aurais pu demander de me les réchauffer, je ne l'ai pas fait. Il me l'aurais avec plaisir.
