The staff is REALLY nice. On our first day we had dinner at the nearby castle for free! The food in the hotel itself is super tasty, the pool is enormous and very good. The room is comfortable. We will come back for sure

Cons:

The only remarks I have is the temperature of the pool could be warmer during cold days (fall/winter/early spring). Also, on our last day a group of 10 kids were completely alone and jumping on the pool, taking over the entire pool, super not polite and lacking pool usage awareness. There wasn’t a single adult around or any lifeguard from the hotel to organize the situation. It killed the vibe on the last day. We couldn’t swim without them touching us and coming to our very tight spot.

Hotel je odlican za opustanje,uzivanje i nezaboravan vikend u prirodnom okruzenju,sve pohvale.
Pros:

Hotel je odlican,dobra usluga,dorucak je dobar dok vecera u zamku Otocec pruza nezaboravno romanticno vece posebno za parove.Bazren je veliki,sa toplom vodom i puno mesta za djakuzi relax u njemu,sauna je odlicna.Lokaciija je odlicana,u prirodnom okruzenju pa se moze uzivati u potpunosti u ovom hotelu i okolini.Vraticu se to je sigurno.

Make sure to double-check before booking a package deal.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The sheets were soft, the towels were plush, nice and big shower. There was a nice pool, and access to the saunas (Turkish and Finnish) was included free of charge.

Cons:

Even though the bed was very wide, the mattress was sagging and not very comfortable.

There was also a mismatch of information on Booking.com. We chose this hotel specifically because of a package advertised there, which, among other things, included free bike rental and a “nice” room (according to photos).

When we made the reservation, we also booked the bikes, but they initially wanted to charge us extra for them. After we pointed out that the package on Booking.com included free bike rental, they eventually gave them to us for free.

To be sure, I also double-checked whether we would get the room shown in the booking photos. They then informed us that we had actually booked a standard room, while the photos showed a superior room. Eventually they gave us a "free upgrade".
