Annabel was a very gracious host and made sure we were well cared for. The breakfast was tasty, and the central location was nice. There was even a little artisan market out front on the day of our departure. I would recommend staying here for a good value in Quito.
Hotel Cayman staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a delightful welcome at the start of my trip in Ecuador. They prepared a lovely breakfast and the room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. The wifi was also very good.
Although the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Quito, the nearby bars were rather noisy at night. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever and I would love to stay at the hotel again sometime.
I loved the hotel, the rooms are nice, tidy and the breakfast is good. The staff is amazing! I loved talking to Vivi and getting to know more about Ecuador ❤️ everyone working there is so nice and doing their best to make you comfortable.

The ladies who take care of the hotel are really doing a great job. I was a bit unlucky to have some backpain for a few days, but they helped me really well. They arranged a meeting with a doctor and made sure I could get my breakfast in my room.
The rooms are good with high quality beds and they take good care if your room needs cleaning. such a positive vibe.

Staff were friendly and spoke pretty good english Breakfast was good. Filtered water and hot drinks were always available. A lot of eating and drop off laundry options close by. Quite a safe part of town. This part of Quito must have been humming pre covid, as there are so many accommodation places still not open? We used Uber alot from here and it was quite reasonable, even with our weak NZ dollar.
Not much hot water, Luke warm at best. Our beds were uncomfortable. Worst of all internet was erratic and weak or non existent as we used our sim cards data most of the time
The staff were amazing and really went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable trip. The location was near to bars, restaurants and night life.
Just the small details in the rooms, showers weren't great and nowhere to put toiletries.

Fantastic service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. Location close to numerous restaurants and several convenience stores. Rooms maintained daily. This is a comfortable but basic accommodation for those looking for a clean and pleasant place to sleep. If you need a spa grade experience, look elsewhere.
