Tutto: dalla totale assenza di pulizia, alla doccia tappata per cui fuoriusciva l’acqua e allagava il bagno, alla notte gelida perché non funzionava il riscaldamento, nonostante li avessimo avvertiti, e perché entrava l’aria fredda dalla porta d’ingresso.

Chambre propre et bien équipée, personnel absolument adorable
Pros:

Le personnel est absolument adorable. Nous sommes arrivés avec deux chiens et un chat, et avons été accueillis sans la moindre hésitation. Deux chats recueillis dormaient tranquillement sur le comptoir d'accueil, le ton était donné : ici on aime vraiment les animaux. Quand j'ai mentionné que nos animaux étaient aussi des rescapés de l'abandon, la réceptionniste nous a spontanément proposé une réduction sur les frais animaux. Ce genre de geste en dit long sur l'esprit de l'endroit.
Nous étions en plein déménagement avec une grande camionnette chargée de toute notre vie. Le parking sécurisé par un portail avec une place juste devant notre chambre était vraiment rassurant. Et sans même qu'on le demande, la réceptionniste avait déjà anticipé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée pour faciliter l'accès avec nos animaux. Ce niveau d'attention aux détails est rare.
Et pour ceux qui voyagent sans animaux, pas d'inquiétude : les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable malgré le côté animal friendly. Tout était parfait. Je recommande chaleureusement, avec ou sans animaux. Merci ! 🐾
