Amazing! The resort was beautiful the staff was so friendly and the food was excellent! We had howler monkeys in the trees right outside our balcony that were so fun to watch and saw a sloth there as well. We had the best experience!

Everyone has been friendly. Henry, our coffee historian, gave us a wonderful explanation of Costa Rica’s coffee development. It was very cool to learn about the history and quality of coffee in Costa Rica.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. There are lots of animals to see; we even spotted a crocodile in the nearby river almost every day. The service here is exceptionally good; everyone speaks English very well, and Harvy and Alberto in particular were two very attentive and friendly waiters. We felt very comfortable
here, though our rooms were in need of some renovation. There was a slightly musty smell, and the corners could use a fresh coat of paint. It was also a bit dark in our room. A refrigerator was delivered to our room immediately upon request.
We are more than satisfied!

The Resort is huge, full of beautiful nature and many different species of wild animals.
The restaurant and the service were excellent and the activities were rich.
Harvy and Alberto were great servants.
The rooms were clean but rather average and might need a little update.

The rooms are so fancy, the service is great, the location is so peaceful and full of Costa Rican animals. The pool and hot tub are great, if the tennis courts that we converted to pickleball were up to par, you wouldn't be able to book a room, it would be so popular. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to serve and make sure you are taken care of. They take the time to share their personal humor and make you feel at home. Especially, Kevin the event organizer, Luis the driver, Ingrid was sweet to clean my room and make animals out of the towels, Harvey, Alberto & Victor) in food service.

An amazing experience. The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful.especially Harvy at the restaurant, who’s very charismatic. Adrian at the front desk is also incredibly friendly and smart. He even lent me his charger in the morning and afternoon so I could go on my activities and take photos. Definitely one of my best experiences.

Stayed two days on nature tour

We have enjoyed the resort and restaurant. We had Carlos as our server two nights. He is excellent and very friendly.

Diego provided excellent service! Food was local and fresh, delicious!!

Carlos was our waiter at the bar restaurant. I was tired from a day of travel. His kindness and excellent service turned my day around! Thank you Carlos!!
