Stayed two days on nature tour

We have enjoyed the resort and restaurant. We had Carlos as our server two nights. He is excellent and very friendly.

Diego provided excellent service! Food was local and fresh, delicious!!

Carlos was our waiter at the bar restaurant. I was tired from a day of travel. His kindness and excellent service turned my day around! Thank you Carlos!!

Would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Stayed 2 nights. All of the staff we encountered from reception at check-in, to housekeeping, to the staff in the restaurant were courteous and friendly. They offered a great buffet for breakfast. The dinner was excellent as was the service by Harvy. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Diego. From the moment I arrived, his service was warm, attentive, and professional without ever feeling overbearing. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right.

The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and well executed.

The ambience made the evening even better. Relaxed, inviting, and perfectly suited for a memorable dining experience.

This resort looks quite smart and inviting. Our group of 15 people decided to have our first evening dinner at the hotel as it was the worst dining experience e we have ever experienced!
To say the service was slow would like calling a tortoise speech - the service was actually on existent!
I feel so disappointed a little that I can't write any more!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice amenities. For example, at the bar, Carlos asked me if I wanted to see a crocodile and he walked me over to area where I could see the river and view the crocodile

Would highly recommend staying here. Stunning location and amazing staff. Diego, our waiter in the restaurant, was very friendly and looked after us very well. The food was outstanding too. Our night walk guide, Kevin, was very informative too.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful setting with a view of the river from our room. Restaurant had excellent individual items or buffet choices. Rooms were spacious with both fans and AC. Pool area was very large and good for lap swimming. Loved the hanging fresh fruit to attract birds. Highly recommend without a doubt.

Excellent service and great food. Harvey was a great server, personable and attentive. If you have the chance to visit I wouldn’t hesitate.
