Cons:

We book the following week for 4 days with booking.com. We had to leave 2 days early and I am having major problems with getting a refund for the days we didn’t stay at the hotel. We checked out 2 days early so I feel like I’m owed a refund but between booking and the hotel I haven’t received a refund. No one will return my call from booking.com to discuss a refund for the 2 days.
The hotel lady told me it was a third party so I have to take it up with booking.com. I’ve called 2 times and a guy told me he was waiting to hear back from the hotel and they would refund my money. Any help will help. Thanks Bryan 770-312-6059

Exceeded my expectations I had due to past stays at other locations.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Guy at the front desk was more than courteous.

Cons:

There was a small amount of standing water in the tub as the stopper was closed. Nothing else to complain about everything else was excellent.

Terribly stinky!
Pros:

It was close to where we were going.

Cons:

It smelled like dog terribly in our room. They tried to clean it and it still smelled extremely bad. It was also dirty and the ac unit was covered in dust/mold. On and around it.

Everything with my stay was exceptional, and I will be returning soon.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The check in and out process was perfect. The staffs assistance was exceptional ! Overall my stay and the service was phenomenal. I will definitely stay here every time I visit my daughters.

Cons:

The additional $100 hold needs to be advised prior to the booking.

Cons:

The staff didn’t give me and family towels. When i asked for them i was told they didn’t have any. So me and my family had nothing to bathe with and the fact that the water wouldn’t shut off in the tub, was irritating

Great stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was best I have ever had at a hotel. Cheese grits and bacon n biscuits. The rooms were large and nice. Bed was great.

Cons:

The elevator on the fourth floor scared em to death everyone on the fourth floor when it was hit the stop on roof and make a very loud noise. I told them tho they called elevator guy.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The beverage choices were good.

Cons:

When I arrived I could not check in because I was told that Booking.com had not forwarded my payment. I had to pay for the room I reserved, again. It has taken 4 weeks to be refunded my overpayment.
