Понравился приветливый персонал . Отличный завтрак. На территории отеля тёплый бассейн. Номер комфортный, чистый. Территориально удобно.

Muy buena!!
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, el desayuno muy rico, solo habíamos pedido check in anticipado y no se puedo, pero la solución de poder entrar al gimnasio, en donde había regaderas, realmente fue muy buena opción.

Una estancia cómoda con sus defectos que se pueden mejorar.

Muy cómodo, la locación excelente, limpio, el desayuno impecable, la mayoría del personal excelente.

Cons:

En primer lugar la persona encargada, no sé si sea gerente en recepción o algo por el estilo pero tiene muy mal trato con los clientes, cero amable y de pocos modales. No te ayuda no te resuelve no sé qué hace ahí porque todo el personal es muy amable, solo esta persona no. Otra cosa es el cobro del estacionamiento, no sé porque no lo incluye y la incomodidad de estar cuidando el boleto del estacionamiento e ir a que te lo marquen cada vez que sales, la verdad es pésimo que te cobren aparte el estacionamiento, y otra cosa pésima es el olor a aguas negras gran parte del día. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto tenía un termostato viejo y no se acondicionó el clima como hubiera querido, no hubo frigobar como la vez pasada y eso que pagué lo mismo, me comentaron que era por el tipo de habitación pero la única diferencia era el electrodoméstico, que burla.
