Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung. Metro fussläufig in paar Minuten. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr akzeptabel.

Cons:

Zimmer haben schon sehr runtergekommen ausgeschaut. Badewanne zu rutschig...fast beim aussteigen ausgerutscht.

Umpleasant surprise
Pros:

I rented a room here because I was attending a concert at la seine musicale. It was a very good choice location-wise: the place is really close to the venue, and walking there was not a problem. The ambiance of the street during the evening was lively and nice, I felt safe walking around. Moreover, the building is also close to the subway station and a carrefour city with some snack options. The staff was nice.

Cons:

I was ready to give this apartment a good rating, despite of the very expensive price. However, coming back from my event I had the umpleasant surprise of finding a cockroach chilling on top of the TV. The table in the room was also extremely sticky. I would leave my phone on top of it, and then when I would get it back, it would come off with some resistence, almost like it was glued to the surface. Very disgusting.
After finding the cockroach I was honestly super stressed out wondering how many others were around. Couldn't relax for the rest of my stay there.

sans la perceuse c'était très bien !
Pros:

bonne literie chambre spacieuse correspondait à mes besoins en termes de localisation à deux pas de la seine musicale où j'étais en convention donc très bien avec rapport qaulité/prix satisfaisant

Cons:

le bruit de la perceuse à 9h50 qui a coupé net ma nuit (tardive) un samedi matin après une soirée terminée à 4h c'est qaund mêm pas de chance et mal venu ! donc petite contrariété quand même sur ce point !

Le séjour était super agréable
Pros:

J’ai aimer le confort de l’appartement hôtel mais il manque un jet de douche un peux plus puissant et des rideaux de chambre qui cache un peux plus pour mieux dormir le matin il manquait un petit papier pour dire qu’on dormait.

Le lit était super confortable

Bon séjour pour la Seine Musicale
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 1 nuit pour aller en soirée à la Seine Musicale. Très bien placé par rapport à la salle. Nous n'attendions pas de grand standing pour cette nuit, donc ça nous allait parfaitement. La chambre est grande, le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Chambre un peu défraichie et moquette tachée. Un petit coup de jeune ne ferait pas de mal
