Comfortable and clean but breakfast not great
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Hot water and well equipped rooms.

Cons:

It’s very noisy, sounds like trucks are going to come through the room. We were moved to lower floor which was quieter. Bedside lights didn’t work and very creaky bed.
The breakfast was poor for a boutique hotel. Government bread in this day and age is unacceptable, awful cheap, sugary jam, horrible self service coffee. Unappetising eggs.. we only had breakfast twice and found alternatives for the other two days.

Pros:

Spacious and neat rooms with all the amenities you need. Nespresso machine and decent sized fridge was a bonus. Convenient location for restauarants. Great bedding. Parking close to room.

Cons:

The rooms are anything but soundproof. You can hear everything on top floor and outside, from toilets flushing, beds squeeking, people talking, cars and traffic, etc

The room was excellent and spatious, wonderful and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was not very warm and its very cold right now. There is no heater. The breakfast food was also a bit underwhelming.

I love this hotel!! It was our 4th visit. We just needed a bed without a footboard and they could not help us. The breakfast wass amazing!!

Noicy hotel good for one night
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and the hotel has a great pool and safe parking. Room size is ok.

Cons:

There is a lot of road noice and the walls between the rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours conversations;) Bath could need an upgrade and the TV is small and strangely placed over the noicy fridge. A comfortable couch would be nice instead of the old chairs. Would be OK for one night passing through but we were there for 5 nights. PS the lifestyle centre at the hotel is pretty dead. A nice Greek restaurant.
