Pros:

The location; the staff; the lounge / bar area. Staff offered solutions when we explained how warm our room was.

Cons:

The rooms are clean but dark & dated. Very warm roo. - even with window open all night. Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating;I Didn’t hear any noise from the adjacent road. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

When the room was tided I was initially only given one towel, when I was sharing. The Room was very warm and concerned about one of the steps into the hotel appears to be loose.

Overall lovely place
Pros:

The location was great, loads of parking. Food amazing.

Cons:

Bathroom wasnt clean, run down needs a freshen up. Function room completely freezing

Having stayed in this hotel at least 30 times,this time it was disappointing.

The menu and the food in the restaurant were very disappointing.

Entertainment staff so good and rooms amaculate but very cold

Great hotel but room for improvement
Pros:

Lovely place and the staff were all lovely and helpful . Food fabulous. Great rooms. Comfy beds large rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was all over the place, not enough staff. Tables not cleared. People sitting anywhere. Tables not set. Not enough food cooked. People waiting 25mins for breakfast. No plates foe fry no dishes for fruit. Arrived to a freezing room and told heating would come on 2 hours later. It's always more welcoming to arrive to a warm room
