Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
Pros:

It was very new, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We arrived as the lobby was under renovation. This was a surprise, and the hallways smelled like paint. However, the staff was excellent and the breakfast also made up for some of the shortcomings.

Pleasant, would stay again.
Pros:

Location next to other hotels and a shopping center so that's good. Construction going on, so got a free upgrade. Friendly staff at front desk!

Cons:

Smelled like construction/paint in my room, but understandably so. Breakfast not as good as other locations but still okay.

Pros:

Breakfast was done very well! Good variety, clean, hot food was fresh and hot. Fresh coffee, and a wide variety of teas. Everything you needed for a decent breakfast!

Staff lack customer service skills
Pros:

Space was adequate and like that room temperature could be controlled easily. Bathroom products were nice.

Cons:

We noticed the hotel had a constant water source that would not dry in front of the building and one cold morning the water turned to black ice that I couldn't see and I fell very hard in the street. Went to notify staff, they said that they were aware it could happen and no concern or care for me. No incident report until I spoke with the manager the next day that finally put up signage for other guest. Nothing they could do so they say but left me feeling like my hardship didn't matter. The staff was too nonchalant about everything including other requests for my room better I fell.
