Not a lot of choice a to eat out.
Das Hotel war ok aber nicht wirklich für längere Aufenthalte. Es ist in der nähe einer kleinen Mall wo es auch Restaurants hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ok.
Da die Zimmer anscheinend neu renoviert sein sollten, wurde wohl vergessen neue Türdichtungen einzusetzen. Alle Türen knallten und man hat bis spät Nachts jede Person gehört, die gekommen oder gegangen ist. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer 325 war extrem laut, was wir an der Rezeption gemeldet haben. Die Klimaanlage ist definitiv zu nahe am Bett.
Hot tub was amazing as they no longer have jacuzzi rooms
The trash cans in the rooms were tiny tiny and no trash bag in them
The indoor pool is ok
The staff was exceptionally rude. We specifically booked this hotel as the description said our room had separate sleeping spaces. The room we got was not as described. When we pointed this out and showed the booking to the staff they told us it was the fault of Booking.com and not their responsibility. When we went back on the next day to speak to the manager she was even more rude and treated us in the most disrespectful way. A simple apology and willingness to help us solve the issue would have been sufficient but instead we had an unpleasant conflict that ruined our stay and made our kids feel really uncomfortable.
This was an over priced hotel but was the only choice left at the end of a very long motorcycle ride.
After having to pay 400 for one night got up in the morning and no hot water. Of course they said because I booked through a 3 party there was nothing they could do as giving us some money back. I feel that was a huge cop out because they had my CC and could have easily given us a credit.
It was clean.
The bed was uncomfortable.
