Convenient
Little confusing getting to property but once figured out it was good
Nice staff, decent breakfast. Not far from where we needed to be.
Way over priced for what you get. At almost $300 a night. No water pressure, and the ac barely kept up. Beds not comfy.
Parking is difficult when they're full. Overall, the hotel was clean except near the side exits where the smokers hung out. Lots of cigarette butts, beer cans & trash because the cans were full
As expected for a Hampton Inn. Staff friendly but card machine was not working and would not accept the card I wanted to pay with.
Breakfast was average with the usual on offer
Nothing
I had a very nice room. I spent 5 days.
Hotel room was very quiet even with multiple children running up and down the hall.
There was apparently a softball tournament in town and the hotel was full.
Why only 2 stars (poor staffing).
Shorter receptionist with brown curly hair.
Shes a complete team player and is a major pain.
5 minutes after I checked in as a Diamond member I asked for water - She needed credentials as to who I was.
A Mexican walked in regarding reservations and she dramatically stated the hotel was full! This individual stated he wasn't talking about tonight, but next week.
On my 4th day I showed her pictures on the food quality - fruit.
She stated it was the night managers responsibility, and that the fruit was fine even with brown marks.
The Bananas were charred and the apple was decomposing.
This individual needs fired.
I'm trying not to mention the Eggs were burned.
Clean and quiet
Clean facility, friendly staff, and excellent t location to downtown
Nothing
Staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged, and it looked like a dog was trying to get out.
Large room
Some entrances did not allow room card use
Day sleepers complained about dog while we were out. We paid extra for our dog. I returned to room I heard nothing from the dog. And the desk clerk said no other complaints and said probably someone knocked on door or hollered to the dog to shut up. Either way no one else complained
If you are an Africa American STAY AWAY Shannon is raciest & will make your stay a living hell . She makes up her own policy’s and when confronted lies about it. She also tried to call security on me because she was eavesdropping on a phone call I had with the company I booked the hotel with to help solve my problem and all of a sudden was cooperative. She also accused me of stealing when I was just sitting in the lobby which is absolutely ridiculous. Also the entire time I was in the lobby she was on the phone taking a person call pretending to mop.who tells their customers you love them. Anyways I also needed a refund and it took her a week and a half to her to get to it
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good
The showers need to be updated and the buttons on the outside of the elevators need to be repaired. I would definitely charge 125 nightly... Max.
It was clean and the staff was friendly
It's nothing I didn't like about the property
The only thing I liked was the fact it was in Laurel, Mississippi!
We had a really bad stay. Our commode stopped up and instead of sending a maintenance person they handed me a plunger in a plastic bag!!
Then when it overflowed in the floor I was told there wanted to anyone to clean it up. I asked for a new room and they did move us.
