Have stayed here several times. Updates were great that I saw.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast but had coffee.

Cons:

It was 61 degrees when we entered the room. Could not get ac that was left on to go off. I went down to talk to front desk. Front desk came to our room. She could not turn it off either. She told us there were no other double queen beds available. We asked for blankets. Staff was very nice. Even she commented how cold it was in the room.

Location to downtown was great….
Upon arrival little after checkin time and rooms were not ready…. Shannon was rude. Many customers checking in before us. And everyone was very patiently waiting. And while 3/4 different families talking to each other getting to know one another. Shannon rudely says you just need to be patient. However, not one of us was asking questions or being impatient….
Everyone has a bad day and maybe it was just Shannon’s day but…… could have been a little nicer!!

Not a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff’s friendliness was the best part of the stay.

Cons:

The tub was very slippery, so we used a towel to prevent slipping. We had a difficult time sleeping because someone was playing loud music from midnight until 3:00 AM. The thumping of the base kept us up all night.

Stayed in a diff hotel after we left this one and was way nicer for half the price.
Pros:

Nice staff, decent breakfast. Not far from where we needed to be.

Cons:

Way over priced for what you get. At almost $300 a night. No water pressure, and the ac barely kept up. Beds not comfy.
