Sommige medewerkers bij de receptie waren vrij afstandelijk en niet erg vriendelijk. Dit had een beetje een negatieve invloed op onze ervaring. Er was echter één Nederlandse medewerker die erg warm, vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Zijn/haar houding was echt prijzenswaardig.

De kamer. Er lag vieze vloerbedekking. De trein/metro geluid van buiten die je de hele nacht door hoord.
TV werkte niet, beneden bij de receptie doorgegeven waarop werd gezegd dat er iemand zou komen kijken. Vervolgens is er nooit iemand geweest
