It was ok! I don’t think it was good value for the money

Staff nice

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and no shampoo in the container after asking for it for 2 nights. Tv did not work and had to get someone in to fix it. For the price of the hotel, these items should be checked and corrected before the customer checks in.

Buena inversión calidad vs precio
Pros:

La ubicación es bastante buena, la catedral queda a menos de 15 minutos caminando y esta a la par del museo de chocolate. El personal es agradable, la habitación amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

En realidad todo estaba bastante bien, lo único es que el restaurante al parecer solo esta disponible para desayuno entonces para cenar de noche hay que buscar otro lugar y no hay tantas opciones cerca.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

First time staying in an Art'Otel. We really liked it. Fantastic location. Within walking distance of all public transport and central Cologne. Very friendly staff. The room was unusual but very nice. Best spot, though, was the rooftop deck area. Fantastic views of the river and Cologne (especially at night). The luggage room was very useful too for early check-in.

This hotel was in a great location on the river close to the train station!
Pros:

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is on a busy thoroughfare. Traffic noise was loud at night. Air conditioning didn't work properly for part of our stay and the room was quite hot.
