All around awful.
Pros:

HORRIFIC! Got a room with a fold out bed, which was so gross that we folded it right back up. Our shower door won’t close. They didn’t give us bedding for the fold out or enough towels for the 3 people in our room. We had to call down/physically go down to the desk no less than 3 times to request more towels (the first time being the night before) before we finally got them. There is no complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant if you’re lucky enough to get seated 🤷🏻‍♀️ Horrific experience all around and definitely the WORST Hilton that I’ve ever stayed at.

Housekeeping barges in
Pros:

This hotel is one of the many that trains the housekeeping staff to barge in on rooms in the mornings. They tap quietly on the door and try to open it immediately without waiting for a reply. I was trying to sleep when housekeeping tried to enter my room- luckily I had the lock engaged. I haven’t been so lucky in the past and have even been walked in on while I was naked ( not at this property but it seems to be a universal problem with hotels these days.)

Weekend Stay in ATL

Pros:
Good location near the airport. It was an easy drive to downtown.

Cons:
Stayed on top floor and could definitely hear some noise from the airport.
AC unit had major issues. It would sound normal and then cycle through a very loud noise, then go back to normal. Husband said compressor was probably going out.
Elevators are very slow and make a lot of noise.
Advertised room service available 5-10pm but we tried calling several times and could never reach anyone.
A few restaurants nearby but not many options. Thankful we had a rental car.
