I had a confirmed booking via a colleague, but due to a system error on the hotel's end, my reservation was cancelled instead of his. Despite being present for the original booking and providing the receptionist with all the necessary names and my ID to cross-reference the mistake, the staff was incredibly dismissive.
The receptionist made zero effort to investigate the linked booking or resolve the clerical error, instead telling me to 'call my colleague' who was currently in transit. Because of her lack of professionalism and refusal to help, I was left with no accommodation and spent the night at the airport. Extremely poor service for a major chain. I will not be returning.
Our German Shepherd Dog Club of America, the parent club under the American Kennel Club, was scheduled to hold our annual January Board Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta, GA. Our board members travel from all over the country and gather once a year to conduct important business on behalf of our club, and this was our first time hosting the meeting in Atlanta.
After interviewing and conducting site visits with several hotels in the area, we chose to partner with Valerie Kennedy, Sales Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn. From the very beginning, Valerie stood out. She was not only accommodating but an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail, clear and timely communication, and genuine commitment to ensuring our meeting was successful made all the difference.
When a record breaking ice and snowstorm hit the area the very weekend of our meeting, we were forced to cancel at the last minute. Even in this unexpected situation, Valerie and her team were exceptional. Their understanding, flexibility, and willingness to assist us through every step of the process meant so much to our club.
We were also extremely impressed with the hotel itself. The meeting rooms are spacious and well appointed, the guest rooms are newly updated and impeccably clean, and the food in the restaurant is both delicious and priced fairly. Every member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant was warm, cheerful, and welcoming.
Our sincere thanks go to Valerie and the entire Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta team. Their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service made a lasting impression, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
Stayed here before a trip and used their park and fly service for 5 days. When we got back to my truck after the trip the rear window and been busted out and everything from my center console was laying in the floor or seats. Nothing to my knowledge was taken though. I realize that parking is at your own risk but the front desk seemed zero percent concerned and not shocked at all. There only response was “they were probably looking for guns”. They did offer to call the police for me. Nobody could offer up any information as to when it happen, because surely the alarm went off when they they opened the doors and someone even opened the door to put some some black plastic over the window to keep rain out, but nobody knew anything about it. Do not recommend, especially if you can’t find a parking spot near the front.
ロケーション、シャトルバスが良かったです。国際線までバスが行ってくれるとなおよかったと思います。
ボティーソープがほぼなかった点、エアコンが寒かった点が気になりました。
During a recent cancellation of flights with Delta, everyone was scrambling to find hotels to spend the night. Hilton was booked for the night needed but with a flight not available for 2 days I decided to book a room. They told me I could come stay in their lobby, which was very spacious, clean and had AC! They were going to allow those of us who had been up ALL day/night to get into rooms early but until then we were more than welcome to sleep in their lobby. They had an amazing breakfast as well. I never got to spend the night with them due to finding a flight out that same day. They canceled my reservation without charging me as well. Praying I never have a flight canceled again in Atlanta but if I do, I will stay at this friendly place. Thank you all for showing those of us who were stranded what Southern Hospitality is all about!
We thought it had a good outside pool but it wasn’t kept well

Awful place. Depressing as hell. Dumped there by Delta. Ran away as fast as I could.
To be fair - the staff were very helpful
The distance from the airport to room was perfect, As far as the room, I didn't have no tissue....As I book for for 2 extra nights, total rate was $295.. But when I check in it went to $395. Also when going to the hot tub it was broke
Better planing due to holiday
Hospitality of the of all the staff, very helpful and a delight.
Quiet, bar, food all the things needed right there. Oh yeah the laundry well done.
The Atlanta Hilton Garden inn is a good choice for flying from the Atlanta airport. The free airport shuttle was on time and reliable. The rooms are good. We encountered no problems. The clerks could have been more friendly and attentive but not a big deal. It's not in a great area but the other Atlanta airport hotels aren't either . It is what it is. They have a gate and a fence around the parking lot and I did see a security car out front once. I'd stay at this hotel again if flying from the Atlanta airport.

Had to book at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North due to the combo of FAA cancellations and thunderstorms. I booked this hotel bceause I'm a Hilton Honors member and because it was listed as having a free airport shuttle. With the delays and cancellations, we didn't arrive until 1:30am. After several attempts at calling, I finally reached the front desk at 1:45am to say we would be taking the shuttle. The person told me the shuttle stopped at 2am but that she would tell him we were there. We arrived curbside at 2am, no shuttle. When we called, she said the shuttle had already done its last run and to take an Uber. The Uber was $45 for a 5 min ride. Unbelievable considering the number of people arriving at the airport at this time of night due to the delays. Several letters of the Hilton sign was burnt out (Hilton en Inn), which was illustrative of the quality of the hotel. The water dispenser in the lobby (with the orange slices) was empty and no effort to refill it. Getting off the elevator, the hallway reeked of dampness, like dirty, wet towels, or a wet carpet. The room smelled the same, but no way to open the windows to air it out. One of the bedside lamps was broken. Overall a terrible experience after a 8 hr delay and forced layover due to a flight cancellation. I can't belive this place can use the Hilton name.
