The view that I had from my room
The room wasn’t very clean there was what looked like blood on the wall tape on the ceiling and the door was sticky. The doors to enter in the building near our room were broken so you had to always walk around the building to get in. The worker were so slow and acted like they had a problem helping. When we needed towels the front desk took 35 minutes to get towels because the lady was on her personal phone. One of the pools were down and the other one wasn’t very clean. One of the elevators were broken and the other one sounded like it was about to break and was super slow. The bathroom light was flickering I told them multiple times but no one came to fix it there was leftover food in the fridge and gave the room a smell. I told the front desk about all my issues and they told me they could give my money back so I could book a different room else where.
The lift is always bad its terrible climbing steps especially for the aged a very bad experience for me I have seen this i a long time of my travels
The lift is always bad

This review is being written specifically for the actions of hotel employee Jeril Battle on Saturday May 30th at 1am. Somebody at Hilton needs to have a discussion with Jeril about how to speak to elders. While having a line of over a dozen people at 1am, he decided to pause helping his colleague on the computer to berate an elderly man speaking a foreign language to his wife for ‘sucking his teeth.’ Jeril thought it was appropriate to tell him to ‘watch his mouth’ and that ‘he knew what that meant and he would be dealt with’ for it among other things.
First of all, the man was not talking to him, had not spoken to him since confirming he was in the right line, was not looking his direction and was in no way being rude to Jeril. Second, the man was not even speaking a language Jeril knows, as he admitted when I checked him. Third, when he was told how rude he was being he told me ‘I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to him’ and proceeded to attempt to come at me as if I was the problem for stopping his childish behavior.
Lastly, I don’t know the gentleman that was so utterly embarrassed he walked away from the desk but as an international brand, I would hope your employees are trained to have a bit more tact and respect for their guests. Especially at a location that likely serves thousands of international guests a week. There is absolutely no excuse for an elder to be treated in that manner, and there should be tangible consequences for it.
i had reservations back in March and arrived in May and the reservations that I had I didn’t have the room
Location was great close to Airport!
Very Clean
Checked out early, much lower quality than the website images show.
HORRIFIC! Got a room with a fold out bed, which was so gross that we folded it right back up. Our shower door won’t close. They didn’t give us bedding for the fold out or enough towels for the 3 people in our room. We had to call down/physically go down to the desk no less than 3 times to request more towels (the first time being the night before) before we finally got them. There is no complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant if you’re lucky enough to get seated 🤷🏻♀️ Horrific experience all around and definitely the WORST Hilton that I’ve ever stayed at.
I enjoyed my stay. Everything was neat, clean, and user friendly!
The cost for parking for was a tad expensive.
